Claims (15)

1. Vatrootporni panel (10), koji se sastoji od: - Barem jednog float stakla (1.1) s pokositrenom stranom (II), - Najmanje jednog zaštitnog sloja (3.1), koji se proteže duž cijele pokositrene strane (II) i - Najmanje jednog vatrootpornog sloj (2.1) koji je plošno postavljen duž čitave površine zaštitnog sloja (3.1) a sadrži metalni oksid, metalni nitrid, metalni silicid, i/ili smjesu ili slojevite spojeve istih. naznačen time da je zaštitni sloj (3.1) koji je slojevite strukture i zaštitni (pod)sloj sadrže ili se sastoje od metalnog nitrida, a a zaštitni (pod)sloj (3.1 b) sadrži ili se sastoji od metalnog oksida.
2. Vatrootporni panel (10) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 naznačen time da je vatrootporan sloj (2.1) lužnat.
3. Vatrootporni panel (10) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da vatrootporan sloj (2.1) sadrži alkalijski silikat, alkalni fosfat, alkalijski volframat, alkalijski molibdat, i/ili smjese ili slojeve navedenih spojeva, ponajprije alkalijski polisilikat, alkalijski polifosfat, alkalijski poli volframat, alkalijski polvmolibdat, i / ili smjese ili slojeve navedenih spojeva s tim daje poželjno daje lužnari element natrij, kalij, Htij i/ili njihove smjese.
4. Vatrootporni panel (10) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da sloj otporan na vatru (2.1) sadrži hidrogel od isprepletenih monomera i/ili polimera, poželjno poliakrilamid, poli-N-metilolakrilamid, ili polimerizirani 2-hidroksi-3-metakriloksipropiltrimetilamonijski klorid.
5. Vatro otporni panel (10) u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da njegov zaštitni sloj (3.1) sadrži kositreni oksid, cinkov oksid, kositar-cinkov oksid, indij-oksid (ITO), titanijev oksid, silicijev nitrid, volframatski silicid, i /ili titanov silicid.
6. Vatrootporni panel (10) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time, da njegov zaštitni sloj (3.1) sadrži kositar-cinkov oksid naznačen time daje omjer cinka: raspon kositra od 5 wt.% : 95 wt.% do 95 wt.% :5 wt.% i poželjno od 15 wt.% : 85 wt.% do 70 wt.% : 30 wt.%.

Vatrootporni panel (10) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5 ili 6, naznačen time, da njegov zaštitni sloj (3.1) sadrži najmanje jedno sredstvo dopiranja, poželjno antimon, fluor, srebro, rutenij, paladij, aluminij i tantal i frakcija sredstva dopiranja u metalnoj frakciji zaštitni sloj je preporučljivo od 0 wt.-% do 10 wt.-% i posebice preporučljivo od 1 wt.-% do 5wt.-%.

Vatrootporni panel (10) u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time, da je višeslojni zaštitni sloj (3.1) dvoslojna struktura i pri čemu jedan zaštitni (pod)sloj (3,1 A) sadrži ili se sastoji od silicijevog nitrida, a jedan zaštitni (pod)sloj (3.1B) sadrži ili se sastoji od kositar-cinkovog oksida ili dopiranog kositar-cinkovog oksida.

Vatrootporni panel (10) u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time, da je najmanje jedan sloj koji pospješuje adheziju ili jedan sloj koji smanjuje adheziju (4), koji poželjno sadrži barem jedan organofunkcionalni silan ili barem jedan polimerni vosak, posebno poželjno polimerni vosak na bazi polietilena, postavljen između zaštitnog sloja(3.1), i vatrootpornog otpornog na vatru(2.1).

Vatrootporan stakleni sklop (100.101) sadrži najmanje: - Jedan vatrootporni panel (10) u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9 i - Jedno float staklo (1.2) sa stranom atmosfere (I) i sa stranom kositrene kupke (II), naznačen time da je - - atmosferska strana (I) ili - - pokositrena strana (II), preko zaštitnog sloja (3.2), cijelom površinom vezana na vatrootporni sloj (2.1) vatrootpornog panela (10).
11. Vatrootporan stakleni sklop (101) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time stoje atmosferska strana (I) float staklenog panela (1.1) vatrootpornog panela (10) povezana cijelom površinom na vatrootporan sloj (2.2) a zaštitni sloj (2.2) je vezan cijelom površinom na atmosfersku stranu (I), ili putem drugog zaštitnog sloja (3.3) na pokositrenu stranu (II) trećeg float staklenog panela (1.3).
12. Vatrootporan stakleni sklop (101) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10 ili 11, naznačen time, da je panel float stakla (1.1) ili panel float stakla (1.2) vezan preko najmanje jedne stek sekvence drugog vatrootpornog sloja (2.2) i drugog panela float stakla (1.3), pri čemu je prema izumu drugi zaštitni sloj (3.2) smješten između svake pokositrene strane (n), a vatrootporan sloj (2.2) postavljen tik uz pokositrenu stranu (n).
13. Postupak za proizvodnju vatrootpornog staklegnog sklopa (100,101), naznačen time da je najmanje: a) jedan zaštitni sloj (3.1) nanosen na pokositrenu stranu (II) float stakla (1.1), b) panel float stakla (1.1) i drugi panel float stakla (1.2) toplinski kaljen ili djelomično kaljen, c) panel float stakloa (1.1). i drugi panel float staklo (1.2) stoje u fiksnom razmaku jedno od drugoga, tako da nastaje šupljina između pokositrene strane (II) panela float stakla (1.1) i drugog panela float stakla (1.2), a d) vatrootporni sloj (2.1) se izlije u šupljinu i stvrdne pri čemu je zaštitni sloj (3.1) višeslojan a zaštitni (pod)sloj (3.1 a) sadrži ili se sastoji od metala nitrida a zaštitni (pod)sloj (3.1B) sadrži ili se sastoji od metalnog oksida.
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time što se koraci postupka ponavljaju najmanje jedanput na drugom panelu float stakla(1.3), i na drugom vatrootpornom sloju (2.2).
15. Upotreba zaštitnog sloja (3.1) između pokositrene strane (II) panela float stakla (1.1) i vatrootpornog sloja (2.1) prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12 radi reduciranja zamućivanje float stakla (1.1) zbog starenja naznačen time da je zaštitni sloj (3.1) višeslojan i zaštitni (pod)sloj (3,1 A), sadrži ili se sastoji od metala nitrida i zaštitnog (pod) sloj (3.1B) sadrži ili se sastoji od metalnog oksida.
