Claims (26)

1. Postupak za pripremanje istaloženog kalcijevog karbonata (PCC) koji sadrži slijedeće korake: (i) osiguravanje CaO, koji je proizvoljno djelomično ili u potpunosti gašen (u daljnjem tekstu "izvor kalcija"); (ii) osiguravanje plina koji sadrži CO2; (iii) dovođenje u kontakt navedenog izvora kalcija iz koraka (i) i navedenog plina koji sadrži CO2 iz koraka (ii) u vodenom mediju u reaktoru, u jednom ili više koraka; (iv) dobivanje suspenzije koja sadrži PCC; (v) proizvoljno koncentriranje navedene suspenzije koja sadrži PCC iz koraka (iv); (vi) proizvoljno dodavanje aditiva za raspršivanje u suspenziju iz koraka (iv) i/ili (v); naznačen time da: - je tijekom koraka (iii) prisutan barem jedan polimer koji proizlazi iz polimerizacije slijedećih monomera, gdje su takvi monomeri prisutni u navedenom polimeru u slijedećim % monomernih jedinica u odnosu na ukupne jedinice koje tvore navedeni polimer: a) od 10 % do 99 %, poželjno od 50 % do 98 %, poželjnije od 80 % do 97 %, te čak poželjnije od 85 % do 95 %, barem jednog monomera koji sadrži vinilnu skupinu koja ne sadrži Formulu (I), b) od 1 % do 90 %, poželjno od 2 % do 50 %, poželjnije od 3 % do 20 %, te čak poželjnije od 5 % do 15 %, barem jednog monomera koji sadrži vinilnu skupinu koji ima barem jedan supstituent koji sadrži Formulu (I) : [image] pri čemu: - m, n, p i q su cijeli brojevi koji imaju vrijednost od manje od 150, te barem jedan od m, n, p i q ima vrijednost veću od 0, tako da 25 ≤ (m+n+p)q ≤ 150, i poželjno tako da 50 ≤ (m+n+p)q ≤ 150; - R predstavlja funkcionalnu poveznu skupinu koja je izabrana od etera, estera ili amida, - R1 i R2 su isti ili različiti, i predstavljaju vodik ili alkilne skupine koje imaju 1 do 4 ugljikovih atoma, - R' predstavlja vodik ili ugljikovodikov radikal koji ima 1 do 40, poželjno 1 do 3, ugljikovih atoma, R' je čak poželjnije metilni radikal ili vodik, zbroj postotaka monomernih jedinica za monomere a) i b) je jednak 100 %.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da su navedeni monomer(i) (a) odabrani između anionskih monomera, kao što su akrilna, metakrilna ili maleinska kiselina, kationskih monomera kao što su akrilamid, metakrilamid, neutralnih monomera kao što su esteri akrilne, metakrilne ili maleinske kiseline, ili njihove smjese.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da su navedeni monomer(i) (a) smjesa anionskih i neutralnih monomera.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da je omjer monomernih jedinica anionskih monomera : neutralnim monomerima od 8:1 do 12:1, te najpoželjnije od 10:1.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da je omjer monomernih jedinica anionskih monomera : neutralnim monomerima od 50:50 do 2/1.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3 do 5, naznačen time da su navedeni monomer(i) (a) smjesa anionskih i neutralnih monomera odabranih između akrilnih i/ili metakrilnih kiselina i njihovih estera.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da su navedeni kationski monomer(i) odabrani između kationskih (met)akrilnih estera, te poželjno od između kloridnih i/ili sulfatnih soli jednog ili više od slijedećeg: [2-(metakriloiloksi)etil]trimetil amonija, [3-akrilamido)propil]trimetil amonija, dimetil dialil amonija, [3-(metakrilamido)propil]trimetil amonija.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da su navedeni monomer(i) (b) koji dodatno obuhvaćaju supstituente koji ne sadrže Formulu (I) odabrani od jedne ili više od slijedećih funkcionalnih skupina: alkil, aril, alkil ester, vodik, alkil amid, karboksil i alil, te poželjno imaju barem jedan metilni supstituent.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da navedeni monomer(i) (b) ima metil skupinu u trans- položaju u odnosu na navedeni supstituent koji sadrži Formulu (I) u kojoj navedena funkcionalna povezna skupina je ester.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da navedeni monomer(i) (b) ima(ju) barem jedan supstituent koji sadrži Formulu (I).
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time da se navedeni polimer dodaje u količini koja je u iznosu 0.01 % do 0.5 %, poželjno 0.05 % do 0.2 % težine suhe tvari u odnosu prema težini suhog PCC dobivenog u koraku (iv).
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time da navedeni polimer ima intrinzičku viskoznost manju od ili jednaku 100 ml/g.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time da je navedeni polimer razdijeljen u doze koje se dodaju tijekom vremena prije i/ili tijekom koraka (iii).
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time da se navedeni polimer dodaje tijekom više od jednog koraka (i), (ii) i (iii).
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačen time da se dodaje 20 %, poželjno 50 %, poželjnije 80 %, te najpoželjnije 100 % težinski polimera prije postizanja maksimalne viskoznosti vodenog medija tijekom koraka (iii).
16. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 15, naznačen time da se dodaje 20 %, poželjno 50 %, poželjnije 80 %, te najpoželjnije 100 % težinski polimera prije dostizanja pada vodljivosti vodenog medija koji je povezan s nagibom točke infleksije krivulje vodljivosti od više od 45° tijekom koraka (iii).
17. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 16, naznačen time da se dodaje 20 %, poželjno 50 %, poželjnije 80 %, te najpoželjnije 100 % težinski polimera prije dostizanja pH vrijednosti od manje od 7.2 tijekom koraka (iii).
18. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 17, naznačen time da se dodaje 20 %, poželjno 50 %, poželjnije 80 %, te najpoželjnije 100 % težinski polimera prije koraka (iii).
19. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 18, naznačen time da se navedeni CaO iz koraka (i) djelomično ili u potpunosti gasi dodavanjem vode za gašenje tako da nastane suspenzija gašenog vapna prije koraka (iii).
20. Postupak prema zahtjevu 19, naznačen time da se dodaje 20 %, poželjno 50 %, poželjnije 80 %, te najpoželjnije 100 % težinski polimera u navedenu vodu za gašenje.
21. Postupak prema zahtjevu 19, naznačen time da se dodaje 20 %, poželjno 50 %, poželjnije 80 %, te najpoželjnije 100 % težinski polimera u navedenu suspenziju gašenog vapna prije koraka (iii).
22. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 21, naznačen time da se navedeno stvaranje mjehurića provodi sve dok ne padne provodljivost vodenog medija.
23. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 21, naznačen time da se navedeno stvaranje mjehurića provodi sve dok se ne dosegne pH vodenog medija od 7.5, te poželjno od 7.2.
24. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 23, naznačen time da se navedeni plin koji sadrži CO2 osigurava kod pretlaka od barem 0.1, poželjno od barem 0.2, poželjnije od barem 0.3, čak poželjnije od barem 0.4 i najpoželjnije od barem 0.6 bar u odnosu na tlak u navedenom reaktoru.
25. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 24, naznačen time da se suspenzija koja sadrži PCC iz koraka (iv) koncentrira mehanički i/ili toplinskim postupkom koncentriranja.
26. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 25, naznačen time da se navedeni PCC iz koraka (iv) suši.
