Claims (11)
1. Glavina rotora (1) vjetrogeneratora (100), koja ima
- manipulativni uređaj za dizanje glavine rotora (1) pomoću dizalice za montažu glavine rotora (1) na kapsulu (104) koja je postavljena na toranj vjetrogeneratora, pri čemu je
- manipulativni uređaj je dan tako da kada se podiže na dijelu za pričvršćivanje (14) manipulativnog uređaja, glavina rotora (1) iz vertikalnog položaja sa značajno vertikalnom orijentacijom osi glavine (28) rotira u horizontalni položaj sa značajno horizontalnom osi glavine (28),
naznačeno time, što manipulativni uređaj sadrži
- okvir (2) za montažu za nošenje glavine rotora (1) u vertikalnom položaju, sa
- zglobnim dijelom (34) za izvođenje rotacije glavine rotora (1) iz vertikalnog položaja u horizontalni položaj.
2. Glavina rotora (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena najmanje jednim priključkom lopatice koji ima prstenastu prirubnicu za direktno ili indirektno pričvršćivanje lopatice rotora (108) za nju i/ili kućište (4) glavine koje ima najmanje jedan otvor (6) za prolaz lopatice (108) rotora, pri čemu je dio (14) za pričvršćivanje manipulativnog uređaja, pričvršćen za prstenastu prirubnicu (24), i/ili je postavljen u glavinu rotora (1) tako da viri kroz otvor za lopaticu rotora (6) ili je za dizanje i rotiranje glavine rotora (1) iz vertikalnog u horizontalni položaj, jedinica za dizanje (18) dizalice pričvršćena za dio (14) za pričvršćivanje, kroz otvor (6) za lopaticu rotora.
3. Glavina rotora (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačena time što je okvir (2) za montažu pričvršćen za prirubnicu rotora postavljenu koncentrično u odnosu na os glavine (28).
4. Glavina rotora (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je glavina rotora (1) predviđena za direktno povezivanje sa rotorom generatora za vjetrogenerator (100) bez zupčastog prijenosnika.
5. Glavina rotora (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je glavina rotora (1) opremljena kućištem (4) glavine a manipulativni uređaj je konstruiran tako da se kućište (4) glavine ne ošteti prilikom rotacije iz vertikalnog u horizontalni položaj, naročito da ne dođe u kontakt sa podlogom na kojoj stoji i da nema kontakt sa uređajem (18) za dizanje koji je pričvršćen za dio (14) za pričvršćivanje.
6. Glavina rotora (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je tijelo kliznog prstena za prijenos električnih signala između glavine rotora (1) i kapsule prethodno ugrađeno u glavinu rotora (1) i/ili time što je prethodno ugrađena kapa spinera.
7. Manipulativni uređaj, za dizanje glavine rotora (1) pomoću dizalice za montažu glavine rotora (1) na kapsulu (104) koja je postavljena na toranj vjetrogeneratora (102), pri čemu je
- manipulativni uređaj dan tako da prilikom dizanja na dijelu (14) za pričvršćivanje manipulativnog uređaja, glavina rotora (1) rotira iz vertikalnog položaja sa značajno vertikalnom osi u značajno horizontalni položaj sa značajno horizontalnom osi glavine
naznačen time što manipulativni uređaj obuhvaća
- okvir (2) za montažu za nošenje glavine rotora (1) u vertikalnom položaju, sa
- zglobnim dijelom (34) za izvođenje rotacije glavine rotora (1) iz vertikalnog u horizontalni položaj.
8. Manipulativni uređaj prema zahtjevu 7, pri čemu je manipulativni uređaj dan za upotrebu sa glavinom rotora (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, i naročito ima karakteristike manipulativnog uređaja prema patentnim zahtjevima 1 do 6.
9. Transportno vozilo za dostavu glavine rotora, pri čemu transportno vozilo ima manipulativni uređaj prema zahtjevu 7 ili zahtjevu 8.
10. Postupak za montažu glavine rotora (1) vjetrogeneratora (100) koji sadrži slijedeće korake:
- postavljanje glavine rotora (1) u vertikalni položaj sa vertikalnom osi glavine,
- pričvršćivanje jedinice za dizanje (18) krana za dio (14) za pričvršćivanje uređaja za manipulaciju glavinom rotora,
- podizanje glavine rotora (1) direktno iz vertikalnog položaja tako da, kada se podiže, glavina rotora (1) rotira iz vertikalnog položaja u horizontalni položaj sa horizontalnom osi glavine (28) i
- montaža glavine rotora (1) na kapsulu (104) postavljenu na tornju (102) ili stupu,
pri čemu se koristi manipulativni uređaj koji ima
- okvir (2) za montažu za nošenje glavine rotora (1) u vertikalnom položaju, sa
- zglobnim dijelom (34) za izvođenje rotacije glavine rotora (1) iz vertikalnog u horizontalni položaj.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 10, u kojem se koristi glavina rotora (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, i/ili tijelo kliznog prstena, spiner i/ili kućište glavine (4) je/su prethodno ugrađeni.
