Claims (16)
1. Uređaj za pripremu, posebno termoplastičnog materijala od plastike, s najmanje jednim spremnikom (1), u kojem je prikazan najmanje jedan, za okretnu osovinu (10) okretni mješač/ili alat za usitnjavanje (3) za mješanje i zagrijavanje i isto tako usitnjavanje i/ili omekšavanje, materijala od plastike, s najmanje jednom pokretnom trakom (5) za istiskivanje materijala od plastike iz spremnika (1) s najmanje jednom, u kućištu (16) rotirajućim navojem (6), pri čemu je pokretna traka (5) na ulaznoj strani materijala, povezana preko jednog u postranoj stijenci (9) spremnika (1) izrađenog otvora (8) za ulaz, odnosno za unos materijala u unutrašnjosti spremnika (1), pri čemu je otvor (8) položen u području visine alata za mješanje i/ili usitnjavanje (3), pri čemu je razmatrano produljenje centralne uzdužne osi (15) pokretne trake (5) odnosno navoja (6) nasuprot potisnom smjeru pokretne trake (5) na okretnoj osi (10) spremnika (1) bez da ju siječe, pri čemu je uzdužna os (15) pokretne trake (5) prema za to istovremeno postavljenoj odnosno paralelnoj radijali (11) spremnika (1) postrano u smjeru, odnosno u okretnom- odnosno smjeru pokretanja (12) na otvoru (8) pored prolaza alata za mješanje i/ili usitnjavanje (3), odnosno na otvoru (8) pored pokretanja materijala od plastike za jedan razmak (18) pomaknuta, naznačen time, da je pokretna traka (5) tako namještena na spremniku (1), da je skalarni proizvod usmjeren iz tangencijalnog prema letnom krugu alata za mješanje i/ili usitnjavanje (3), odnosno usmjeren prema, na otvoru (8) pokraj pomičnog materijala od plastike i normalno prema radijali spremnika (1), u okretnom odnosno smjeru pokretanja (12) alata za mješanje i/ili usitnjavanje (3) pokaznom vektoru smjera (19) i vektoru smjera (17) potisnog smjera pokretne trake (5) u jednoj jedinoj točki odnosno u ukupnom području otvora (8), odnosno neposredno prije otvora (8) nula ili negativan.
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time, da vektor smjera (19) mješača/ ili alata za usitnjavanje (3) i vektor smjera (17) potisnog smjera pokretne trake (5) zatvaraju kut (α) veći ili jednak 90° i manji ili jednak 180°, mjereno u sjecištu oba vektora smjera (17, 19) na rubu otvora (8), u smjeru prema naprijed, prema okretnom, odnosno smjeru kretanja (12), položenom postrano u odnosu na smjer kretanja, posebno na najdaljoj točki (20) na rubu odnosno otvoru (8), položenom prema smjeru kretanja.
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevima 1 ili 2, naznačena time, da vektor smjera (19) okretni odnosno smjer kretanja (12) i vektor smjera (17) smjera pokretanja zatvaraju kut (β) između 170° i 180°, mjereno u sjecištu oba vektora smjera (17, 19) u središtu otvora (8).
4. Uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time, da je razmak (18) veći nego ili isti kao polovica unutarnjeg promjera kućišta (16) pokretne trake (5) odnosno navoja (6), i/ili ≥ 7%, od prednosti je ≥ 20 %, radijusa spremnika (1).
5. Uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačena time, da je zamišljeno produljenje uzdužne osi (15) pokretne trake (5) nasuprot smjera potiskivanja, barem djelomično prodire u unutrašnjosti spremnika (1).
6. Uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačena time, da je otvor (8) položen neposredno prije smjera pokretanja (17) stražnje čeone strane (7) navoja (6).
7. Uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačena time, da je razmak (18) veći nego ili jednak kao radijus spremnika (1).
8. Uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačena time, da je pokretna traka (5) tangencijalno priključena na spremnik (1).
9. Uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačena time, da alat za miješanje i/ili usitnjavanje (3) obuhvaća alate i/ili nož (14), koji djeluje u smjeru kretanja (12) odnosno okretanja u odnosu na materijal od plastike usitnjavajući ga i isto tako zagrijavajući, pri čemu je alat, odnosno nož (14) postavljen prvenstveno na jednoj, posebno paralelno prema površini podloge (12) postavljenoj nosivoj ploči (13), koja se okreće.
10. Uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačena time, da na materijal od plastike djelujući u smjeru okretanja odnosno pokretanja (12) pokazujući prednji dio odnosno prednji rub (22) alata za mješanje i/ili usitnjavanje (3) i nož (14) su različito izrađeni, postavljeni, svinuti i/ili položeni u odnosu prema smjeru pokretanja ili okretanja (12) stražnjeg odnosno područja koja su u nastavku.
11. Uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačena time, da je pokretna traka (5) ne-komprimirajuća navojna pokretna traka ili jedan komprimirajući navojni istiskivač.
12. Uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačena time, da je spremnik (1) uglavnom cilindričan s ravnim dnom (2) i jednom k tome vertikalno položenom cilindričnom postranom stijenkom (9) i/ili vratilo (12) sa centralnom središnjom osovinom spremnika (1) se spaja i/ili vratilo (12) ili centralna središnja osovina, usmjerena vertikalno odnosno normalno prema dnu (2).
13. Uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačena time, da je najdonji alat za miješanje i/ili usitnjavanje (3) i/ili otvor (8) položen u malom razmaku od dna (2), posebno u području najdonje četvrtine visine spremnika (1).
14. Uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačena time, da vanjski rubovi alata za miješanje i/ili usitnjavanje (3) dosežu do ruba stijenke (9).
15. Primjena uređaja prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 14 za preradu odnosno recikliranje, posebno termoplastičnih materijala od plastike.
16. Postupak za korištenje uređaja prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačen time, da pod primjenom uređaja prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 14, okretni odnos smjera kretanja (12) alata za miješanje i/ili usitnjavanje (3) tako budu postavljeni i da alat za miješanje i/ili usitnjavanje (3) je tako opremljen i u spremniku (1) je tako postavljen i bude usmjeren, da slijedi uobičajenu mješavinu i obradu polimernog materijala, pri čemu okretni odnosno smjer kretanja (12) alata za miješanje i/ili usitnjavanje (3) je dodatno tako postavljen, da je zamišljeno produljenje centralne uzdužne osovine (15) pokretne trake (5) odnosno navoja (6) nasuprot smjera kretanja pokretne trake (5) na osovini (10) spremnika (1) bez da se pri vođenju ista siječe, pri čemu uzdužna osovina (15) pokretne trake (5) relativno k tome isto usmjerene odnosno paralelne radijale (11) spremnika (1) postrano ispustu odnosno u smjeru okreta odnosno kretanja (12) na otvoru (8) pored alata za mješanje i/ili usitnjavanje (3) odnosno na otvor (8) materijala od plastike, koji se pokreće pored, a pomaknut je za jedan razmak (18) i pri čemu je pokretna traka (5) tako položena na spremnik, da skalarni produkt iz kojeg tangencijalno prema krugu kretanja alata za miješanje ili usitnjavanje (3) odnosno prema otvoru (8) pored pokretnog materijala od plastike i normalno prema radijalu spremnika (1) je usmjeren, u smjeru okretanja i pokretanja (12) alata za miješanje i/ili usitnjavanje (3) pokazni vektorski smjer (19) i smjerni vektor (17) smjera pokretanja pokretne trake (5), u svakoj točki odnosno u ukupnom području otvora (8) odnosno neposredno prije otvora (8) je nula ili negativno.
