Claims (14)
1. Stvrdnjavajući materijal, koji se može dobiti kao smjesa najmanje dvije komponente koje treba skladištiti odvojeno, od kojih jedna komponenta sadrži silanom modificirani polimer, a navedena komponenta ili druga komponenta sadrži kiselu ili bazičnu sol koja sadrži kristalnu vodu, gdje je aminski promotor adhezije sadržan u najmanje jednoj komponenti ili obje komponente ili dodatnoj komponenti, gdje je promotor adhezije aminirani silanski ili siloksanski spoj, uz uvjet da niti jedna od komponenti ne sadrži silanom modificirani polimer i kiselu ili bazičnu sol koja sadrži kristalnu vodu i aminski promotor adhezije,
naznačen time što je silanom modificirani polimer silanom modificirani polieter ili silanom modificirani poliuretan ili njihova smjesa koji se razlikuju od silikona, te sadrži strukturu
(alkil-O)3-Si-X-polimer-X-Si-(O-alkil)3
ili
(alkil-O)2(alkil)-Si-X-polimer-X-Si-(alkil)(O-alkil)2,
gdje je X skupina alkilenskog spoja, te
gdje je sol koja sadrži kristalnu vodu hidroksid fosfat.
2. Materijal u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se kation u soli bira između amonijevog i metalnih kationa od metala iz glavne skupine III ili podskupine VIII.
3. Materijal u skladu s najmanje jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 2, naznačen time što komponenta sadrži 3 do 50%, težinski, silanom modificiranog polimera, 0 do 40%, težinski, plastifikatora, 0 do 60%, težinski, punila, 0 do 2%, težinski, stabilizatora, 0 do 5%, težinski, sredstava za sušenje, 0 do 10%, težinski, aminskih promotora adhezije, te 0 do 2%, težinski, katalizatora, uz uvjet da ukupni zbir svih komponenti iznosi 100%, težinski.
4. Materijal u skladu s najmanje jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što komponenta sadrži 1 do 90%, težinski, soli i 10 do 95%, težinski, nosača, 0 do 30%, težinski, punila, osobito silicijeve kiseline, te 0 do 50%, težinski, stabilizatora, sredstava za sušenje, katalizatora i dodatnih punila, uz uvjet da ukupni zbir svih komponenti iznosi 100%, težinski.
5. Materijal u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što se nosač bira između silanom modificiranih polimera, plastifikatora, polidialkiliranog siloksana s hidroksilnim krajevima, te polidialkiliranog siloksana s alkilnim krajevima.
6. Materijal u skladu s najmanje jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što se najmanje jednu od komponenti koje sadrže plastifikatori bira između ftalata, estera cikloheksandikarboksilne kiseline, estera organskih kiselina, derivata poliestera, polietera, epoksida i slično, polibutena, ricinusovog ulja, prirodnih ulja, te njihovih smjesa.
7. Materijal u skladu s najmanje jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što najmanje jedna od komponenti koje sadrže punila se bira između silicijeve kiseline, bentonita, barijevog sulfata, gline, aluminijevih oksida i hidroksida, kromovih oksida, titanijevih dioksida, grafita, čađe, te njihovih smjesa.
8. Materijal u skladu s najmanje jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što prva komponenta sadrži silanom modificirani polimer i aminski promotor adhezije, a druga komponenta sadrži kiselu ili bazičnu sol koja sadrži kristalnu vodu.
9. Materijal u skladu s najmanje jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što prva komponenta sadrži aminski promotor adhezije, a druga komponenta sadrži kiselu ili bazičnu sol koja sadrži kristalnu vodu i silanom modificirani polimer.
10. Materijal u skladu s najmanje jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što prva komponenta sadrži silanom modificirani polimer, a druga komponenta sadrži kiselu ili bazičnu sol koja sadrži kristalnu vodu i aminski promotor adhezije.
11. Materijal u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 10, naznačen time što jedna ili obje komponente dodatno sadrže plastifikatori, punila, stabilizatori, sredstva za sušenje, neaminski promotori adhezije i/ili katalizatori.
12. Materijal u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što sadrži ukupno 5 do 50%, težinski, po mogućnosti 10 do 40%, težinski, jednog ili više silanom modificiranih polimera, 1 do 15%, težinski, po mogućnosti 3 do 10%, težinski, jedne ili više kiselih i/ili bazični soli koje sadrže kristalnu vodu, 0,1 do 5 %, težinski, po mogućnosti 0,5 do 2%, težinski, jednog ili više aminskih promotora adhezije, te 0 do 2%, težinski, po mogućnosti 0,1 do 1 %, težinski, jednog ili više katalizatora.
13. Materijal u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time što ne sadrži otapala ili ne sadrži silikone, ili ne sadrži otapala i ne sadrži silikone, u svim komponentama.
14. Postupak ubrzavanja stvrdnjavanja materijala na bazi silanom modificiranog polimera u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time što silanom modificirani polimer, koji se može umrežavati s vodom i koji sadrži silanom modificirani poliester ili silanom modificirani poliuretan ili njihovu smjesu u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13 koji se razlikuje od silikona, sadrži kiselu ili bazičnu sol koja sadrži kristalnu vodu, koja je hidroksid fosfat, te aminski promotor adhezije koji sadrži aminirani silanski ili siloksanski spoj kao komponentu koja je promotor adhezije, te je tako raspodijeljen između najmanje dvije komponente da niti jedna od komponenti ne sadrži silanom modificirani polimer, kiselu ili bazičnu sol koja sadrži kristalnu vodu, aminski promotor adhezije, te se dvije komponente pomiješaju kako bi se postiglo stvrdnjavanje.
