Claims (7)
1. Kontaktni element za priključni uređaj električnog utikača, gdje taj kontaktni element obuhvaća sljedeće:
od električno provodljivog materijala,
- kalupno modeliran prvi krajnji odsječak (102),
- i kalupno izdužen prihvatni odsječak (101), koji određuje uzdužnu os, za mehaničko i električno spajanje i/ili za prihvat parnjaka kontaktnog elementa, koji je konstruiran tako da bude komplementaran kontaktnom elementu kao dio priključnog uređaja utikača koji se treba spariti s priključnim uređajem električnog utikača,
- pri čemu se izduženi prihvatni odsječak proteže uglavnom cilindrično iz prvog krajnjeg odsječka (102), i pri čemu su prvi krajnji odsječak i izduženi cilindrični prihvatni odsječak modelirani u kalupu oblikovanjem električno provodljivog materijala pomoću sile koja djeluje barem pretežno paralelno s uzdužnom osi, tako da nema šavova niti pukotina, te barem prihvatni odsječak koji je modeliran u kalupu oblikovanjem električno provodljivog materijala, tvori cilindričnu unutrašnjost obloženu modeliranim električno provodljivim materijalom uzduž uzdužne osi te zatvoren kraj nasuprot prvog krajnjeg odsječka na izduženom cilindričnom prihvatnom odsječku,
naznačen time, da
je priključni uređaj za mehaničko i električno spajanje i/ili za prihvat električnog priključnog konduktora, zavaren ili zalemljen na prvi krajnji odsječak (102), tako da kontaktni element dostavlja potpuno zatvoren kontaktni klin.
2. Kontaktni element prema zahtjevu 1, također naznačen time, da je prihvatni odsječak šuplji cilindrični prihvatni odsječak.
3. Kontaktni element prema zahtjevu 1, također naznačen time, da je cilindrična unutrašnjost od prihvatnog odsječka ispunjena barem djelomično s nekim drugim materijalom za ispunu, koji se može uvoditi naknadno, i/ili prihvaća jednu ili više dodatnih komponenti.
4. Kontaktni element prema zahtjevima 1, 2 ili 3, također naznačen time, da je barem izduženi cilindrični prihvatni odsječak modeliran u kalupu pomoću uporabe postupka lijevanja metala u kalup ili postupkom dubokog izvlačenja ili postupkom udarne ekstruzije, posebno od plosnatog materijala.
5. Kontaktni element prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, također naznačen time, da je priključni uređaj konstruiran s većim brojem dijelova.
6. Kontaktni element prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, također naznačen time, da priključni uređaj ima steznu oprugu (129).
7. Kontaktni element prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, također naznačen time, da je priključni uređaj koji je oblikovan na prvom krajnjem odsječku, modeliran u kalupu pomoću uporabe postupka odstranjivanja materijala i/ili pomoću postupka štancanja i savijanja.
