Claims (37)
1. Postupak za biološku i ekološku pretvorbu CO2 u ugljik i kisik, gdje su izvor CO2 plinovi koji potječu iz procesa izgaranja ili kemijskih procesa, u kojem se postupku otpadni plin pod tlakom uvodi u vodu u barem djelomično zatvoren sustav uz stvaranje ugljične kiseline otopljene u vodi, te se u navedenom sustavu kultivira brzorastuća fotosintezno aktivna biomasa u obliku vodenih biljaka ili močvarnih biljaka, gdje se barem dio biomase sastoji od vodene leće koja pluta na navedenoj uvedenoj obrađenoj vodi u plitkim spremnicima složenim u više slojeva, tako da je osigurana dovoljna količina dnevnog svijetla koja je dostatna za fotosintezu, te gdje se biomasa sakuplja ciklički, a dodatna biomasa se ili stvara samostalno od preostale biomase ili se ciklički dopunjava.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se barem dio biomase koja se sakuplja reciklira u navedenom postupku stvaranja otpadnog plina radi proizvodnje energije, za generiranje energije, naročito u obliku bioplina, krutog goriva, bioetanola, biodiezela.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da se voda koja sadrži ugljičnu kiselinu obogaćena sa otpadnim plinovima dodaje po potrebi za zalijevanje biomase, praćenjem visine punjenja, tako da se dopunjuje upravo ista količina obrađene vode koja je preuzeta i koja je prerađena sa biomasom.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 3, naznačen time da se dio biomase sastoji od sjemenki pšenice ili sličnih klica koje plutaju u plitkim spremnicima na navedenoj dovedenoj obrađenoj vodi.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 3, naznačen time da se dio biomase sastoji se od vrtne grbice koja pluta u plitkim spremnicima na navedenoj dovedenoj obrađenoj vodi.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, 2 ili 3, naznačen time da se biomasa sakuplja tako da povećanje količine biomase u spremnicima, u kojim je odgovarajuće područje ograničeno, nakon razdoblja rasta, uzrokuje bočno taloženje suviška biomase preko spuštenog ruba spremnika, te time da biomasa tada pada na kontrolirani način na sredstva za transport, te se šalje na daljnju obradu.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time, da se za umjetno produljenje dnevnog svjetla, biljkama u fazama mraka dovodi svjetlo, a naročito UV svijetlo.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time, da osim zalijevanja navedenom obrađenom vodom bogatom ugljičnom kiselinom, ona se u navedenom barem djelomično zatvorenom sustavu dovodi u hlađeni postupak zamagljivanja.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da se postupak primjenjuje pod zemljom u rudnicima ili podzemnim šupljinama prikupljanjem na tim mjestima otpadnog plina ili CO2 uvedenog ili nastalog ispod zemlje i njihovim uvođenjem na opisani način u umjetno osvijetljene spremnike ispunjene biomasom radi fotosintezom podržane metabolizacije CO2.
10. Postrojenje za biološku pretvorbu CO2 u ugljik i kisik za provođenje postupka prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 9, naznačeno time da sadrži djelomično zatvoren sustav u obliku staklenika koji se sastoji od nekoliko katova na kojima je u plitkim spremnicima za sadnju (5) zasađena brzorastuća fotosintezno aktivna biomasa u obliku vodenih biljaka ili močvarnih biljaka, koji su ispunjeni sa vodom na velikom broju katova u sustavu polica ili izljevnom sustavu, tlačni spremnik pomoću kojeg se otpadni plinovi proizvedeni u procesu izgaranja ili kemijskom procesu koji služi kao izvor CO2 mogu uvoditi u vodu za pripremu vode koja sadrži ugljičnu kiselinu, te kontrolni uređaj koji omogućuje da se navedena voda uvodi u plitke spremnike u količini koja odgovara vodi preuzetoj od strane biomase.
11. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 10, naznačeno time, da su radi poboljšane jednolike razdiobe svjetlosti, spremnici na katovima postavljeni barem djelomično međusobno razmaknuti.
12. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 10 ili 11, naznačeno time da djelomično zatvoren sustav sadrži jedan ili više ventila ili uređaja sa zaklopkama kroz koje se na kontrolirani način može ispuštati suvišni plin - kisik i ne-metabolizirani plin.
13. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 10 do 12, naznačeno time da su krov i/ili sve bočne stjenke postavljene u obliku piramide ili piramidalnog tijela.
14. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 10 do 12, naznačeno time da je predviđen dodatni rasvjetni uređaj pomoću kojeg se svjetlost, naročito svjetlost obogaćena UV-zrakama, može dovoditi čak i tijekom noći.
15. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 14, naznačeno time da se rasvjetni uređaj napaja iz punjive baterije koja se puni solarnom energijom ili strujom dobivenom iz ostatne topline.
16. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu 10 do 15, naznačeno time da je djelomično zatvoren sustav predviđen kao spremnik koji se može transportirati, te se barem njegov krov sastoji od materijala propusnog za svjetlost, a naročito propusnog za UV svjetlost.
17. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 16, naznačeno time da su spremnik ili barem dijelovi stijenki i krova koji su propusni za svjetlost preklopni/sklopivi kao i sklopivi transportni spremnik u svrhu njihovog transporta, te se mogu rasklopiti na mjestu gdje se namjeravaju koristiti.
18. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 16 ili 17, naznačeno time da je uređaj za generiranje energije ili uređaj za bioplin ili uređaj za stvaranje bioetanola, te su spremnik/spremnici tlaka svaki također smješteni u spremnicima koje je moguće transportirati.
19. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu 10 do 17, naznačeno time da je djelomično zatvoren sustav postavljen u stacionarni prostor propustan za svjetlost, te je naročito propustan za UV svjetlost, kao što je pokretni ili nepokretni staklenik.

21. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu 10 do 17, naznačeno time da je krov u obliku piramide.
22. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu 10 do 21, naznačeno time da je postrojenje za odlaganje CO2 ili otpadnih plinova koji sadrže CO2 postavljeno u podzemni otvor ili u rudnik.
23. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu 10 do 22, naznačeno time da su spremnici oblikovani kao tijela koja imaju poligonalni presjek i mogu rotirati oko osi, te se spremnici mogu otvoriti, pri čemu se biomasa vodene leće može ukloniti koristeći strugalicu.
24. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 10 do 22, naznačeno time da su spremnici sa unutrašnje strane predviđeni sa svjetlosnim senzorom koji se može koristiti za određivanje kada je površina potpuno pokrivena sa biomasom, radi početka sakupljanja.
25. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu 10 do 24, naznačeno time da je za dobavu vode predviđen dovod termalne izvorske vode (9) i/ili industrijske otpadne vode (2) i/ili vode iz kanalizacijskog postrojenja (2) i/ili odvodne vode iz rudnika (9).
26. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 25, naznačeno time da se staklenik (4) sastoji od napuštene industrijske zgrade ili napuštenog nebodera ili napuštenog rashladnog tornja elektrane ili napuštenog vodotornja opremljenih sa staklom ili folijom koja propušta svjetlost.
27. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 25, naznačeno time da se staklenik (4) sastoji od cilindrične zgrade ili zgrade koja ima poligonalni presjek koja je opremljena sa staklom ili folijom koja propušta svjetlost i okružuje nosivi toranj (11) vjetroturbine (10).
28. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 25, naznačeno time da je postrojenje postavljeno u neposrednoj blizini termalnog izvora ili industrijskog postrojenja ili postrojenja za preradu otpadnih voda ili rudnika.

32. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 31, naznačeno time da je uređaj za stvaranje bioplina i/ili bioetanola integriran ili implementiran izravno na uređaj za stvaranje biomase.
33. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 31 ili 32, naznačeno time da se otpadni plinovi iz uređaja za stvaranje bioplina i/ili bioetanola pored gnojidbe biomase zrakom obogaćenim sa CO2, mogu odvoditi u staklenik putem recikliranja otpadnog plina.
34. Postrojenje prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu 10 do 33, naznačeno time da su unutar staklenika (4) postavljeni jedan ili više bazena za uzgoj riba u koje se može dovoditi voda/otpadna voda koja se početno provodi kroz spremnike za sadnju ili posude za sadnju (5) i obrnuto.
35. Upotreba postupka prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 9 i/ili postrojenja prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 10 do 34, naznačena time da se postupak ili postrojenje koristi za rad bazena za pročišćavanje u postrojenju za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda.
36. Upotreba postupka prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 9 i/ili postrojenja prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 10 do 34, naznačena time da se postupak i/ili postrojenje također koristi/koriste za otplinjavanje CO2 iz rudnika, posebno rudnika ugljena, sakupljanjem nastalog otpadnog plina koji sadrži CO2, te njegovog barbotiranja kroz vodu pod tlakom, uz stvaranje ugljične kiseline, te se voda koja sadrži ugljičnu kiselinu koristi za gnojidbu.
37. Upotreba postupka prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 9 i/ili postrojenja prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 10 do 34, naznačena time da se postupak i/ili postrojenje koristi/koriste kada se u ogrjevnim sustavima stambenih zgrada stvara otpadni plin koji sadrži CO2, tako da se otpadni plin barbotira kroz vodu pod tlakom i stvara se voda koja sadrži ugljičnu kiselinu, te se preko vodova pod tlakom, ispušta za daljnju upotrebu.
