Claims (14)

1. Supstituirani spojevi nikotinamida sa općom formulom I [image] naznačeni time da n = 0, 1 ili 2 p = 0 ili 1 q = 0 ili 1, R1 označava aril ili heteroaril, nesupstituiran ili monosupstituiran ili polisupstituiran; C1-6-alkil, C3-10-cikloalkil ili heterociklil, nesupstituiran ili monosupstituiran ili polisupstituiran; R2 označava H; C1-6-alkil, nesupstituiran ili monosupstituiran ili polisupstituiran; R3 označava aril ili heteroaril, nesupstituiran ili monosupstituiran ili polisupstituiran; C1-6-alkil ili C3-10-cikloalkil, u svakom slučaju nesupstituiran ili monosupstituiran ili polisupstituiran; R4, R5, R6 i R7 neovisno jedan od drugoga označavaju H; C1-6-alkil, nesupstituiran ili monosupstituiran ili polisupstituiran; R8, R9 i R10 neovisno jedan od drugoga označavaju H, F, Cl, Br, O-C1-6-alkil, CF3, OCF3, SCF3, C1-6-alkil; uz uvjet da kada R3 označava 3-trifluorometilfenil ili 4-trifluorometil-2-piridil, R2, R4 i R5 označavaju H i n označava 0, tada R1 ne označava 2-piridil ili 2-tienil i kada R3 označava fenil ili metil, R2, R4 i R5 označavaju H i n označava 0, tada R1 ne označava 2-tienil; pri čemu C1-6-alkil sadrži acikličke zasićene ili nezasićene radikale ugljikovodika i pri čemu cikloalkil i C3-10-cikloalkil sadrže zasićene ili nezasićene ali ne aromatske cikličke ugljikovodike; u obliku racemata; enantiomera, diastereoizomera, smjesa enantiomera ili diastereoizomera ili pojedinačnog enantiomera ili diastereoizomera; baza i/ili soli fiziološki prihvatljivih kiselina.

Supstituirani derivati nikotinamida prema zahtjevu 1, naznačeni time da "supstituirani alkil ", "supstituirani heterociklil" i " supstituirani cikloalkil " predstavlja zamjenu radikala vodika sa F, Cl, Br, I, -CN, NH2, NH-C1-6-alkilom, NH-C1-6-alkil-OH, C1-6-alkilom, N(C1-6-alkil)2, N(C1-6-alkil-OH)2, NO2, SH, S-C1-6-alkilom, S-benzilom, O-C1-6-alkilom, OH, O-C1-6-alkil-OH, =O, O-benzilom, C(=O)C1-6-alkilom, CO2H, CO2-C1-6-alkilom, fenil, fenoksi, morfolinilom, piperidinilom, pirolidinilom ili benzilom; te " supstituirani aril " i "supstituirani heteroaril" predstavlja zamjenu jednom ili više puta, npr. dva, tri ili četiri puta, jednog ili više atoma vodika iz prstenastog sustava sa F, Cl, Br, I, CN, NH2, NH-C1-6-alkilom, NH-C1-6-alkil-OH, N(C1-6-alkil)2, N(C1-6-alkil-OH)2, NO2, SH, S-C1-6-alkilom, OH, O-C1-6-alkilom, O-C1-6alkil-OH, C(=O)C1-6-alkilom, C(=O)NHC1-6-alkilom; o-piridilom; C(=O)-arilom; C(=O)-N-morfolinom; C(=O)-piperidinom; (C=O)-pirolidinom; (C=O)-piperazinom; NHSO2C1-6-alkilom, NHCOC1-6-alkilom, CO2H, CH2SO2-fenilom, CO2-C1-6-alkilom, OCF3, SCF3, CF3, [image] C1-6-alkilom, pirolidinilom, piperidinilom, morfolinilom, benziloksi, fenoksi, fenilom, piridilom, alkilarilom, imidazolilom, pirazolilom, tienilom ili furilom.
3. Supstituirani derivati nikotinamida prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačeni time da p i q označavaju 1.
4. Supstituirani derivati nikotinamida prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačeni time da R1 predstavlja tert-butil; fenil, piridil, tienil, furil ili cikloheksil, nesupstituiran ili monosupstituiran ili polisupstituiran.
5. Supstituirani derivati nikotinamida prema zahtjevu 4, naznačeni time da R1 predstavlja cikloheksil, ili fenil, nesupstituiran ili monosupstituiran ili polisupstituiran sa F, CH3, Cl, Br, CF3, OCH3, SCF3 ili OCF3; piridil, tienil ili furil, nesupstituiran ili monosupstituiran ili polisupstituiran sa CH3.
6. Supstituirani derivati nikotinamida prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačeni time da R2 predstavlja CH3 ili H, te naročito H.
7. Supstituirani derivati nikotinamida prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačeni time da R4, R5, R6 i R7 neovisno jedan od drugoga predstavljaju H ili CH3, te naročito H.
8. Supstituirani derivati nikotinamida prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačeni time da n označava 0 ili 1, te naročito poželjno 0.
9. Supstituirani derivati nikotinamida prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačeni time da R3 označava aril ili heteroaril, nesupstituiran ili monosupstituiran ili polisupstituiran, te poželjno R3 označava fenil nesupstituiran ili supstituiran sa CF3 ili CH3.

Lijek koji sadrži barem jedan supstituirani spoj nikotinamida sa općom formulom I prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da n = 0, 1 ili 2 p = 0 ili 1 q = 0 ili 1, R1 označava aril ili heteroaril, nesupstituiran ili monosupstituiran ili polisupstituiran; C1-6-alkil, C3-10-cikloalkil ili heterociklil, nesupstituiran ili monosupstituiran ili polisupstituiran; R2 označava H; C1-6-alkil, nesupstituiran ili monosupstituiran ili polisupstituiran; R3 označava aril ili heteroaril, nesupstituiran ili monosupstituiran ili polisupstituiran; C1-6-alkil ili C3-10-cikloalkil, u svakom slučaju nesupstituiran ili monosupstituiran ili polisupstituiran; R4, R5, R6 i R7 neovisno jedan od drugoga označavaju H; C1-6-alkil, nesupstituiran ili monosupstituiran ili polisupstituiran; R8, R9 i R10 neovisno jedan od drugoga označavaju H, F, Cl, Br, O-C1-6-alkil, CF3, OCF3, SCF3, C1-6-alkil; u obliku racemata; enantiomera, diastereoizomera, smjesa enantiomera ili diastereoizomera ili pojedinačnog enantiomera ili diastereoizomera; baza i/ili soli fiziološki prihvatljivih kiselina, te proizvoljno jednu ili više farmaceutski prihvatljivih pomoćnih tvari.

Lijek prema zahtjevu 11 naznačen time da je iz skupine koja sadrži 89 2-(2-(fenilsulfonil)etiltio)-N-(tiofen-2-ilmetil)nikotinamid 90 N-(piridin-2-ilmetil)-2-(2-(3-(trifluorometil)fenilsulfonil)etiltio)-nikotinamid 91 N-(piridin-2-ilmetil)-2-(2-(5-(trifluorometil)piridin-2-ilsulfonil)etiltio)-nikotinamid 92 N-(tiofen-2-ilmetil)-2-(2-(5-(trifluorometil)piridin-2-ilsulfonil)etil-tio)nikotinamid.
13. Uporaba supstituiranih spojeva nikotinamida prema zahtjevu 1 ili 11 naznačena time da je za pripravu lijeka za liječenje boli, poželjno boli odabrane iz skupine koja sadrži akutnu bol, kroničnu bol, neuropatsku bol, bol u mišićima i bol uslijed upale.
14. Uporaba spojeva prema zahtjevu 1 ili 11 naznačena time da je za pripravu lijeka za liječenje epilepsije, migrene, anksioznih stanja i urinarne inkontinencije.
