Claims (15)
1. Uređaj za sušenje i torefakciju najmanje jednog dijela protoka materijala koji sadržava ugljik (10) u peći s etažama (1), naznačen time što obuhvaća
zonu za sušenje (2) koja ima uređaj za snabdijevanje (11), koji uređaj dovodi protok materijal koji sadržava ugljik (10), izlazni otvor (14) za odvođenje protoka plina za sušenje (13) koji sadržava vodenu paru, i ulazni otvor (15) za povratno dovođenje najmanje jednog dijela protoka plina za sušenje,
zonu za torefakciju (3) koja otplinjava protok materijala koji je osušen u zoni za sušenje (2), koja ima izlazni otvor (27) za odvođenje protoka materijala (10 ́) koji je prošao torefakciju, najmanje jedan ulazni otvor (19, 20) za ispušni plin i jedan izlazni otvor (18) za protok plina (17) za torefakciju,
izmjenjivač topline (4) za zagrijavanje protoka plina za sušenje (13), pri čemu je izlazni otvor (14) zone za sušenje spojen preko izmjenjivača topline s ulaznim otvorom (15) zone za sušenje,
uređaj za izgaranje (5), pri čemu je izlazni otvor (18) zone za torefakciju (3) spojen preko uređaja za izgaranje (5) i izmjenjivača topline (4) s ulaznim otvorom (19, 20) zone za torefakciju (3),
pri čemu protok plina za torefakciju (17), koji se odvodi preko izlaznog otvora (18) zone za torefakciju (3), izgara u uređaju za izgaranje (5) i pri tome se dobiveni ispušni plin koristi u izmjenjivaču topline (4) za zagrijavanje protoka plina za sušenje (13) i dovodi se u zonu za torefakciju (3),
pri čemu zona za sušenje (2) i zona za torefakciju (3) imaju dva međusobno odvojena kruga za vođenje plina.
2. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što izmjenjivač topline ima prvi ulazni otvor (4a) i prvi izlazni otvor (4b) koji je spojen na njega, kao i drugi ulazni otvor (4c) i drugi izlazni otvor (4d) koji je spojen na njega, pri čemu je prvi ulazni otvor (4a) spojen na izlazni otvor (14) zone za sušenje (2), a prvi izlazni otvor (4b) je spojen na ulazni otvor (15) zone za sušenje (2) i nadalje je drugi ulazni otvor (4c) spojen preko uređaja za izgaranje (5) na izlazni otvor (18) zone za torefakciju (3), a drugi izlazni otvor (4b) je spojen na ulazni otvor (19, 20) zone za torefakciju.
3. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što zona za sušenje (2) i/ili zona za torefakciju (3) sadržavaju veći broj ložišta (6, 7, 8, 9), koja su postavljena jedno iznad drugoga.
4. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je između zone za sušenje i zone za torefakciju (2, 3) predviđen mehanički uređaj za prenošenje koji prenosi osušeni protok materijala koji sadržava ugljik.
5. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što je uređaj za prenošenje (12), koji se nalazi između zone za sušenje i zone za torefakciju (2, 3), načinjen tako da je nepropustan za plin, kako bi se spriječilo miješenje obiju kružnih tokova plina.
6. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što peć s etažama ima uređaje za transportiranje koji transportiraju materijal koji protječe (10), koji uređaji za transportiranje se održavaju u pogonu preko pogonske osovine, pri čemu je ta pogonska osovina podijeljena između zone za sušenje i zone za torefakciju (2, 3) i opremljena je s odvojenim pogonom za svaku zonu, kako bi se moglo mijenjati vrijeme zadržavanja protoka materijala koji sadržava ugljik (10) u obje zone, neovisno za svaku zonu, uz pomoć odgovarajuće brzine rotiranja za svaku od zona.
7. Postupak za sušenje i torefakciju barem jednog dijela protoka materijala koji sadržava ugljik u peći s etažama (1), naznačen time što
biomasa u zoni za sušenje (2) suši se pomoću protoka plina za sušenje (13) i nakon toga se podvrgava torefakciji u zoni za torefakciju (3),
dio protoka plina za sušenje koji sadržava vodenu paru odvodi se iz zone za sušenje i zagrijava se u izmjenjivaču topline (4) i tada se barem jednim dijelom opet dovodi natrag u zonu za sušenje (2), pri čemu
jedan dio protoka plina (17) koji je prošao torefakciju i koji je nastao u zoni za torefakciju (3) odvodi se iz zone za torefakciju (3) i dovodi se u uređaj za izgaranje (5) gdje izgara, pri čemu se ispušni plin, koji pri tome nastaje, korist za zagrijavanje protoka plina za sušenje u izmjenjivaču topline (4) i dovodi se u zonu za torefakciju (3), i
zona za sušenje (2) i zona za torefakciju (3) se održavaju u pogonu na takav način da su im kružni tokovi plina odvojeni jedan od drugoga.
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što se zona za sušenje (2) održava u pogonu tako da ima protok u istom smjeru.
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što se zona za torefakciju (3) održava u pogonu tako da ima protok u suprotnom smjeru.
10. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što se vodena para koja se nalazi u protoku plina za sušenje (13) pregrijava u izmjenjivaču topline i količina pare koja se vodi u kružnom toku za sušenje je tako velika, da se uspostavlja inertna atmosfera sa sadržajem kisika od < 10 %.
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što je količina ispušnog plina u zoni za torefakciju (3) tako velika, da se u zoni za torefakciju (3) uspostavlja inertna atmosfera sa sadržajem kisika od < 10 %.
12. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što temperatura ispušnog plina koji se uvodi u zonu za torefakciju iznosi više od 300ºC, a temperatura protoka plina za sušenje koji se reciklira podešava se u području od 150ºC do 300ºC.
13. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što se protok plina za torefakciju (17), koji se odvodi iz zone za torefakciju (3), prije dovođenja u uređaj za izgaranje, uvodi u kondenzator (28) u kojemu se barem djelomično talože najmanje oni sastavni dijelovi koji se mogu kondenzirati, a sastavni dijelovi koji se ne mogu kondenzirati izgaraju u uređaju za izgaranje (5).
14. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što se u zoni za sušenje i/ili u zoni za torefakciju (2, 3) mjere temperatura i/ili protok plina i/ili količina plina i/ili tlak i to se koristi za upravljanje vremenom zadržavanja materijala u obje zone.
15. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što se vrijeme zadržavanja u zoni za sušenje i u zoni za torefakciju (2, 3) podešava mijenjanjem broja ložišta, smanjenjem površina ložišta, promjenom izvedbe ili promjenom broja okretaja uređaja za transportiranje.
