Abstract

Uređaj za stvaranje okoline virtualnog svijeta (5,6), naznačen time što ima funkciju simulirati u biti u stvarnom vremenu stvaran događaj koji se odvija uživo, a ta simulacija uključuje: simuliranu arenu na temelju podataka knjižnice za tu arenu, simulirani objekt u areni, a objekt sudjeluje u stvarnom događaju koji se odvija uživo, simulirano kretanje objekta u areni na temelju podataka o položaju u biti u stvarnom vremenu, a koje za objekt prima uređaj, simulirano virtualno područje gledališta koje je odvojeno od simulirane arene, i simuliranog korisnika u simuliranom virtualnom području gledališta, pri čemu je korisniku dozvoljeno promatrati simulaciju stvarnog događaja koji se odvija uživo, i dostupne naredbe za interakciju koje korisniku omogućuju interakciju s barem još jednim drugim korisnikom. Patent sadrži još 12 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (13)

1. Uređaj za stvaranje okoline virtualnog svijeta (5,6), naznačen time što ima funkciju simulirati u biti u stvarnom vremenu stvaran događaj koji se odvija uživo, a ta simulacija uključuje: simuliranu arenu na temelju podataka knjižnice za tu arenu, simulirani objekt u areni, a objekt sudjeluje u stvarnom događaju koji se odvija uživo, simulirano kretanje objekta u areni na temelju podataka o položaju u biti u stvarnom vremenu, a koje za objekt prima uređaj, simulirano virtualno područje gledališta koje je odvojeno od simulirane arene, i simuliranog korisnika u simuliranom virtualnom području gledališta, pri čemu je korisniku dozvoljeno promatrati simulaciju stvarnog događaja koji se odvija uživo, i dostupne naredbe za interakciju koje korisniku omogućuju interakciju s barem još jednim drugim korisnikom.
2. Uređaj za stvaranje okoline virtualnog svijeta (5,6) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je uređaj (5,6) podešen da stvara jedan ili više interaktivnih elemenata s kojima korisnik može biti u interakciji.
3. Interaktivni medijski sustav, naznačen time što je podešen za predstavljanje u biti u stvarnom vremenu simulacije stvarnog događaja koji se odvija uživo i u kojem sudjeluje pokretni objekt (2,9) u areni (1), a sustav obuhvaća: oznaku (3) koja se može pričvrstiti na pokretni objekt (2,9) koji sudjeluje u stvarnom događaju koji se odvija uživo u areni (1); jednu ili više baznih stanica (10) koje se nalaze u odnosu na arenu (1) i rade tako da primaju signal s oznake (3); lokacijsku platformu (4) podešenu da određuje položaj oznake (3) u areni (1) na temelju signala primljenog s oznake (3) preko jedne ili svake bazne stanice (10), i da šalje izlazne podatke o položaju koji predstavlja položaj oznake (3) u areni (1); uređaj za stvaranje okoline virtualnog svijeta (5,6) prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2; i sučelje za pristup komunikaciji s uređajem za stvaranje okoline virtualnog svijeta (5,6), sučelje za pristup je postavljeno tako da korisniku omogući pristup simuliranoj areni i da mu dozvoli promatranje simuliranog događaja u biti u stvarnom vremenu.
4. Sustav prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što je signal koji se prima od oznake (3) optički signal.
5. Sustav prema zahtjevu 3 ili 4, naznačen time što dalje obuhvaća optičku referentnu jedinicu podešenu za optičko praćenje položaja drugog objekta (9) u areni (1) i za slanje drugih izlaznih podataka o položaju koji predstavlja položaj drugog objekta (9) u areni (1), pri čemu je uređaj za stvaranje okoline virtualnog svijeta (5,6) prilagođen za simulaciju stvarnog događaja koji se odvija uživo i u kojem sudjeluje taj drugi objekt (9) i kretanja drugog objekta (9) u areni (1) pomoću tih drugih podataka o položaju.
6. Sustav prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što dalje obuhvaća jednu ili više jedinica za označavanje vremena koje su uređene tako da povezuju podatke o vremenu s podacima o položaju i podacima o drugim položajima tako da se podaci o položaju i podaci o drugim položajima mogu zabilježiti u istom vremenskom periodu pomoću pridruženih podataka o vremenu.
7. Sustav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3 do 6, naznačen time što dalje obuhvaća jednu ili više dodatnih oznaka (3) koje se mogu pričvrstiti na odgovarajuće dodatne objekte (2,9) koji sudjeluje u stvarnom događaju, pri čemu jedna ili više baznih stanica (10) rade tako da primaju signal sa svake odgovarajuće oznake (3); lokacijska platforma (4) je podešena da određuje položaj svake oznake (3) na temelju signala primljenog s te oznake preko jedne ili svake bazne stanice (10), i da šalje izlazne podatke o položajima koji predstavljaju položaje svih oznaka (3) u areni (1); i uređaj za stvaranje okoline virtualnog svijeta (5,6) simulira stvaran događaj koji se odvija uživo uključujući objekte (2,9) i kretanje objekata (2,9) u areni (1) pomoću podataka o položaju svake oznake (3).
8. Sustav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3 do 7, naznačen time što sučelje za pristup (8) obuhvaća poslužitelja (server) koji zaprima zahtjev korisnika za promatranje simuliranog događaja i prenosi tok podataka korisniku, tok podataka predstavlja simulirani događaj i pogodan je za uporabu za simulaciju događaja na ekranu korisnika.
9. Sustav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3 do 8, naznačen time što je sučelje za pristup (8) prilagođeno tako da dozvoljava da dva ili više korisnika promatraju simulirani događaj i što može od korisnika primiti jednu ili više naredbi za interakciju što korisniku dozvoljava interakciju s barem još jednim drugim korisnikom.
10. Sustav prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time što naredbe za interakciju obrađuje uređaj za stvaranje okoline virtualnog svijeta (5,6).
11. Postupak upravljanja uređajem za stvaranje okoline virtualnog svijeta (5,6), naznačen time što se uređajem može upravljati tako da simulira u biti u stvarnom vremenu stvaran događaj koji se odvija uživo, a postupak obuhvaća korake: simulacije arene (1) na temelju podataka knjižnice za tu arenu (1), simulacije objekta (2,9) u areni (1), a taj objekt sudjeluje u stvarnom događaju koji se odvija uživo; simulacije kretanja objekta (2,9) u areni (1) na temelju podataka o položaju u biti u stvarnom vremenu, a koje za objekt (1) prima uređaj (5,6); simulacije virtualnog područja gledališta koje je odvojeno od simulirane arene; simulacije korisnika u virtualnom području gledališta; i omogućavanje korisniku da promatra simulaciju stvarnog događaja koji se odvija uživo, i dostupne naredbe za interakciju koje korisniku omogućuju interakciju s barem još jednim drugim korisnikom.

Postupak dobivanja simulacije stvarnog događaj koji se odvija uživo, u biti u stvarnom vremenu, u kojem sudjeluje pokretni objekt (2,9) u areni (1), naznačen time što postupak obuhvaća korake: praćenje položaja pokretnog objekta (2,9) u areni (1) i stvaranje podataka o položaju koji predstavlja položaj objekta (2,9) u areni (1) pomoću uporabe jedne ili više baznih stanica (10) koje se nalaze u odnosu na arenu (1) radi primanja signala s oznake (3) koja je pričvršćena za pokretni objekt (2,9), i određivanje položaja oznake (3) u areni na temelju signala primljenog s oznake (3) na tu ili svaku baznu stanicu (10); slanje podataka o položaju u uređaj za stvaranje okoline virtualnog svijeta (5,6); stvaranje simulacije događaja u uređaju za stvaranje okoline virtualnog svijeta (5,6) prema zahtjevu 11; i omogućavanje korisniku da pristupi simuliranoj areni i promatra simulirani događaj u biti u stvarnom vremenu.

Postupak gledanja, u biti u stvarnom vremenu, simulacije stvarnog događaja u kojem sudjeluje pokretni objekt (2,9) u areni (1), naznačen time što postupak obuhvaća korake: primanje, na korisničkom uređaju, simulacije događaja koji se odvija uživo u biti u stvarnom vremenu, a u kojem sudjeluje barem jedan pokretni objekt (2,9) u areni (1); primanje simulacije područja gledališta simuliranog događaja, a područje gledališta je odvojeno od arene; primanje simulacije korisnika u području gledališta; prikazivanje simulacije stvarnog događaja koji se odvija uživo; i primanje naredbi za interakciju od korisnika što dozvoljava korisniku interakciju s barem još jednim drugim korisnikom.
