Abstract
Postupak za izradu cipela odvija se u kalupu koji se sastoji od prvog kalupa (10) načinjenog od krutog materijala i drugog kalupa (30) koji ima udubljenje u koje se smješta cipela (20). Cipela (20) sastoji se od vanjskog đona (203) i veznog člana (202) povezanih svarivanjem na gornji dio (201). Postupak povezivanja vanjskog đona (203) i veznog člana (202) na gornji dio (201) vrši se toplotnom energijom koja nastaje ultrazvučnim vibracijama drugog kalupa (30).
Description
Područje tehnike
Ovaj izum odnosi se na postupak za izradu cipela, a posebno na poboljšani postupak za izradu cipela upotrebom kalupa koji provodi ultrazvuk radi ostvarivanja pouzdane veze s gornjim dijelom cipele.
Stanje tehnike
Uobičajeni način izrade cipela prikazan je na crtežu 1 i obično obuhvaća gornji dio 1, vezni član 2, i vanjski đon 3, pri čemu je vanjski đon 3 spojen na gornji dio 1 lijevanjem u kalupu ili lijepljenjem. Vanjski đon 3 mora biti spojen s veznim članom 2 prije spajanja s gornjim dijelom a postupci spajanja između veznog člana 2 i vanjskog đona 3 su lijepljenje ili šivanje. Međutim, primijećeno je da veličine veznog člana 2 općenito imaju tolerancije koje čine vezni član 2 veći od vanjskog đona 3. Kada se vezni član 2 lijepi ili ušiva na vanjski đon 3, na perifernim dijelovima cipele pojavljuju se ispupčenja koje tržište ne prihvaća.
Ovim izumom nastoji se iznaći postupak za izradu cipela pomoću ultrazvučnog uređaja za vibriranje kalupa za proizvodnju topline za pouzdano povezivanje i stezanje veznog člana i vanjskog đona na gornji dio cipele kako bi se uklonili nedostaci do kojih dolazi u uobičajenom načinu izrade.
Opis izuma
Ovaj izum odnosi se na postupak za izradu cipela i sadrži prvi kalup od krutog materijala i drugi kalup. Drugi kalup sadrži udubljenje u koje se smješta cipela. Cipela sadrži gornji dio, vezni član i vanjski đon. Vezni član i vanjski đon spojeni su na gornji dio a drugi kalup prenosi ultrazvučnu toplotnu energiju na vezni član i vanjski đon. Prvenstveni cilj ovog izuma je iznalaženje postupka za izradu cipela kojim se smanjuje broj neispravnih proizvoda prilikom povezivanja veznog člana i vanjskog đona na gornji dio cipela.
Ovaj izum postaje jasniji iz slijedećeg opisa koji, zajedno sa pratećim crtežima datim samo u cilju ilustracije, pokazuje najbolji način izvođenja prema ovom izumu.
Kratak opis crteža
Crtež 1 je razvijeni prikaz koji prikazuje uobičajeni način za izradu cipele;
Crtež 2 je razvijeni prikaz koji prikazuje postupak za izradu cipela prema ovom izumu, i
Crtež 3 je poprečni presjek koji prikazuje postupak za izradu cipela prema ovom izumu.
Detaljan opis najboljeg načina izvedbe
Na crtežima 2 i 3 prikazan je postupak za izradu cipela koji sadrži prvi kalup 10 načinjen od krutog materijala koji ima oblik cipele. Prvi kalup 10 ima prvu površinu 101 na koju se postavlja cipela 20.
Cipela 20 sadrži gornji dio 201, vezni član 202 i vanjski đon 203. Gornji dio 201 ima dno 2011 i lice 2012. Vezni član 202 i vanjski đon 203 postavljaju se na dno 2011 gornjeg dijela 201. Vezni član 202 i vanjski đon 203 načinjeni su od termoplastičnog materijala.
Drugi kalup 30 ima udubljenje u koje se stavlja cipela 20. Drugi kalup 30 je električno povezan na ultrazvučni uređaj (nije prikazan) i može prenositi ultrazvučnu toplotnu energiju na vezni član 202 i vanjski đon 203. Drugi kalup 30 ima dio 301 za prijenos ultrazvučnih valova i dio 302 koji ne prenosi ultrazvučne valove.
Ultrazvučni uređaj proizvodi vibracije drugog kalupa 30 u frekventnom području između 15.000 i 20.000 titraja u sekundi što omogućuje da drugi kalup 30 prenosi ultrazvučnu toplotnu energiju na vezni član 202 i vanjski đon 203. Toplotna energija pouzdano steže i stapa vezni član 202 i vanjski đon 203, čime se vezni član 202 i vanjski đon 203 pouzdano pričvrste na dno 2011 gornjeg dijela 201. Zbog toga se, prilikom šivanja, u veznom članu 202 i vanjskom đonu 203 neće stvarati ispupčenja.
Postupkom prema izumu vezni član 202 i vanjski đon 203 savršeno se poklapaju sa gornjim dijelom 201 a sam postupak doprinosi da je postupak šivanja lak i učinkovit. Između veznog člana 202 i gornjeg dijela 201 nema pojava ispupčenja ili udubljenja.
Iako je prikazana i opisana jedna izvedba u skladu sa ovim izumom, stručnjacima iz ovog područja je jasno da su i druge izvedbe moguće bez izlaska iz opsega ovog izuma.
Claims (3)
1. Postupak za izradu cipela koji se odvija u kalupu za izradu cipela, naznačen time, što se na prvi kalup (10) načinjen od krutog materijala postavljaju gornji dio (201), vezni član (202) i vanjski đon (203) cipele (20) koja se pritisne drugim kalupom (30) koji ima udubljenje za cipelu (20) i što se vezni član (202) i vanjski đon (203) povezuju svarivanjem na gornji dio (201) pomoću toplotne energije koja nastaje ultrazvučnim vibracijama drugog kalupa (30).
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što je vezni član (202) načinjen od termoplastičnog materijala.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što je vanjski đon (203) načinjen od termoplastičnog materijala.
