Description
Izum se odnosi na protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor prema gornjem pojmu patentnog zahtjeva 1, koji se primjenjuju za izbjegavanje širenja dima i vatre u požarnim sektorima.
Takva protupožarna vrata treba primjerice uzeti iz EP 0 401 555 A2, gdje je unutar metalnog okvira, koji ima obilazni prihvatni utor, umetnuta staklena ploča. Pritom staklena ploča završava ispred okvira, i s metalnim je okvirom povezana dodatnim, na staklenoj ploči pričvršćenim metalnim rubnim trakama, koje djeluju kao kompenzator. Metalne se trake pritom povezuju uobičajenim protupožarnim ljepilom, primjerice na bazi vodenog stakla.
EP 0 612 910 A2 prikazuje završnu letvicu za metalna vrata, koja se za povećanje stabilnosti, u donjem području utiskuje između dva istaknuta kraka.
Iz EP 0 444 393 A2 treba uzeti profil okvira za protupožarna vrata, kod kojeg čvrsti profil okvira drži staklenu ploču. Presjek okvira je izveden kao šuplji profil, a u šupljinama ima umetnute protupožarne ploče, koje garantiraju postojanost takvih vrata na vatru.
DE 296 45 259 A1 opisuje ostakljenje, koje je otporno na vatru. Pritom se na jednoj strani primjenjuju silikatne staklene ploče od prednapregnutog stakla, a na drugoj strani zračnog međuprostora, koji leži između njih, primjenjuje se armirana silikatna staklena ploča. Konstrukcija za takvo vatrootporno ostakljenje izrađuje se od metalnog okvira koji uokviruje i obuhvaća rub. DE 297 42 665 A1 prikazuje protupožarna zaokretna ili mimokretna vrata, kod kojih dovratnik, odnosno rubovi krila, imaju materijal za toplinsku izolaciju, koji se pruža preko cijele dužine, odnosno širine. Uslijed djelovanja topline ovaj materijal za toplinsku izolaciju nabubri, tako da element vrata u slučaju požara predstavlja sigurnu branu protiv vatre. Ova se vrata sastoje od pločastog materijala, koji nije proziran, i koji se u dijelu površine prekida umetnutim oknom.
Zadaća se izuma sastoji u tome, da se proizvedu protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor, kod kojih se, da bi se takve građevne elemente moglo jeftino proizvesti, odustaje od primjene materijala koji se uobičajeno primjenjuju u protupožarnoj zaštiti, kao lakog metala, drveta ili čelika.
Zadaća se rješava prema značajki patentnog zahtjeva 1, pri čemu podzahtjevi izražavaju daljnje oblikovanje ideje prema izumu.
Predlaže se, da se proizvede pomični, kao i nepomični okvir protupožarnih vrata ili protupožarnog prozora iz profila od vatrootpornog umjetnog materijala. Protupožarna vrata i prozori ugrađuju se u protupožarne stijene i imaju zadaću, da u slučaju opasnosti, spriječe širenje vatre i dima. Iz ovog razloga protupožarna vrata i protupožarni prozori klasificirani su u odgovarajuće protupožarne klase. Odgovarajućim građevnim dijelovima se pritom, prema vremenu protupožarne otpornosti, dodjeljuju ove pojedine protupožarne klase.
Profili, bilo kao puni ili šuplji profili od umjetnog materijala s različitim šupljinama, sastavljaju se prvenstveno u okvir, da bi ga se ugradilo kao protupožarna vrata ili kao protupožarni prozor. Za ispunu unutar okvira može se primijeniti ili višeslojna staklena ploča, općenito primijenjena kao protupožarno staklo, s odgovarajuće smještenim protupožarnim slojevima, koji uslijed djelovanja vrućine za posljedicu imaju apsorpciju toplinskog zračenja, ili se također može primijeniti pločasti materijal od vatrootporne umjetne tvari.
Prema izumu je također zamislivo, da se okvir i ispuna proizvedu oblikovani u jednom komadu. Kod niže protupožarne klase mogu se protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor sastaviti tako, da se okvir proizveden od umjetnog materijala uloži između dvije staklene ploče. Razmaknute staklene ploče mogu pritom dosegnuti vanjski rub pomičnog okvira. Izabere li se viša požarna klasa, tada se između razmaknutih staklenih ploča može umetnuti transparentan protupožarni materijal. Ovaj protupožarni materijal može biti protupožarno staklo prethodno navedene vrste, ili također žitki protupožarni gel.
Vatrootporni umjetni materijal sastoji se od nosivog materijala u obliku beskonačnih upletaka (roving) od staklenog vlakna, koji su smješteni u aksijalnom smjeru profila. Osim toga, ovaj "sirovi profil" još se u radijalnom smjeru ojača daljnjim kompleksom staklenih vlakana. Pritom se ova staklena vlakna impregniraju smolnom matricom i otvrdnjuju u obliku izvlačenja, koji je prilagođen obliku profila. Pritom se ovaj oblik izvlačenja temperaturno optereti, tako da se osigura brži proizvodni postupak.
Primijenjena smolna matrica sastoji se u biti od nezasićenih poliesterskih smola s odgovarajućim otvrđivačima, ubrzivačima, aditivima i, što je jako važno, punilima koja sprječavaju požar. Prilagodba izgledu postojećih zgrada, izvodi se odgovarajućim primješavanjem boja u obliku pasta u boji. Takva protupožarna vrata mogu biti izvedena i kao posmična vrata i kao jednokrilna ili dvokrilna vrata s graničnikom ili bez njega. Budući da proizvodnja takvih profila gotovo ne postavlja granice stvaranju oblika, moguće je također međusobno kombinirati odgovarajuće profile.
Takav se pomični okvir, pomoću vatrootpornih umjetnih materijala, može odgovarajućim oblikovanjem proizvesti kao nepomični okvir. Kod primjene šupljih profila ovi mogu također biti potpuno ili djelomično ispunjeni protupožarnim materijalom.
Claims (19)
1. Protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor za izbjegavanje širenja dima i vatre, koji se mogu primijeniti u području požarnog sektora, kod čega se protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor sastoji od pomičnog okvira s ispunom od vatrootpornog materijala, koja ga ispunjava, a pokretni okvir je djelomično ili potpuno okružen nepomičnim dijelom okvira, naznačeni time, da su protupožarna vrata i protupožarni prozor od vatrootpornog umjetnog materijala.
2. Protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor prema zahtjevu 1, naznačeni time, da se pomični okvir i nepomični okvir proizvode od profila.
3. Protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor prema zahtjevima 1 i 2, naznačeni time, da je ispuna pomičnog okvira potpuno ili djelomično od vatrootpornog umjetnog materijala.
4. Protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor prema zahtjevima 1 do 3, naznačeni time, da su ispuna i pomični okvir u jednom komadu.
5. Protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor prema zahtjevima 1 do 3, naznačeni time, da je ispuna pomičnog okvira potpuno ili djelomično od protupožarnog stakla.
6. Protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor prema zahtjevima 1 i 2, naznačeni time, da je pomični okvir uložen između dvije razmaknute ploče.
7. Protupožarna vrata ili prozor prema zahtjevu 6, naznačeni time, da se staklene ploče pružaju do vanjskog ruba okvira.
8. Protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor prema zahtjevu 6, naznačeni time, da se između razmaknutih staklenih ploča nalazi transparentni protupožarni materijal.
9. Protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor prema jednom ili više od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeni time, da su pomični i nepomični okvir od punog materijala.
10. Protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor prema jednom ili više od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeni time, da se pomični i nepomični okvir sastoje od šupljih profila.
11. Protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor prema zahtjevu 10, naznačeni time, da su šuplji profili potpuno ili djelomično ispunjeni protupožarnim materijalom.
12. Protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor prema zahtjevu 6, naznačeni time, da je protupožarni materijal neko protupožarno staklo.
13. Protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor prema zahtjevima 6 i 11, naznačeni time, da je protupožarni materijal neki protupožarni gel.
14. Protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor prema prethodnim zahtjevima, naznačeni time, da je umjetni materijal, staklenim vlaknima ojačani umjetni materijal.
15. Protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor prema zahtjevu 14, naznačeni time, da se kao nosivi materijal u umjetnom materijalu primjenjuju beskonačni upletci (roving) od staklenih vlakana, koji su usmjereni u aksijalnom smjeru.
16. Protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor prema jednom ili više od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeni time, da su profili od umjetnog materijala u radijalnom smjeru ojačani kompleksom staklenih vlakana, kod čega se ova staklena vlakna impregniraju smolnom matricom i otvrdnjavaju pod temperaturnim opterećenjem.
17. Protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor prema zahtjevu 16, naznačeni time, da se smolna matrica u biti sastoji od nezasićene poliesterske smole, otvrđivača, ubrzivača, aditiva, pasta za bojenje i punila, koja sprječavaju požar.
18. Protupožarna vrata ili protupožarni prozor prema jednom ili više od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeni time, da su protupožarna vrata jednokrilna ili dvokrilna vrata.
