Abstract
Αποκαλύπτεται μια συσκευή και μια μέθοδος δι' εφαρμογήλεπτομερούς κονιομόρφου υλικού σε ένα κινούμενο ινώδεςυπόστρωμα. Η συσκευή περιλαμβάνει ένα ογκομετρικό τροφοδότηξηρού υλικού δια την διαμόρφωση ενός συνεχούς ρεύματοςλεπτομερούς κονιομόρφου υλικού. Το συνεχές ρεύμα ακολούθωςμεταδίδεται μέσω ενός ακροφυσίου και εξέρχεται σε μια έξοδοαυτού. Το ακροφύσιο μπορεί να κινείται μεταξύ μιας πρώτης καιμιας δευτέρας θέσεως με μια διάταξη ελέγχου κινήσεως. Ηδιάταξη ελέγχου κινήσεως περιλαμβάνει ένα ρυθμιζόμενοδιαφορικό κιβώτιο ταχυτήτων και μια διάταξη παροχής κώδικοςδια τον συγχρονισμό της κατανομής της πούδρας σεπροκαθορισμένη θέση του υποστρώματος. Το πρώτο διαλείπονρεύμα εφαρμόζεται σε μια προκαθορισμένη θέση του κινουμένουινώδους υποστρώματος δια να σχηματίσει μια στρώση λεπτομερούςκονιομόρφου υλικού σε ένα προκαθορισμένο τμήμα τουυποστρώματος. Το δεύτερο διαλείπον ρεύμα ανακυκλούταιεπανερχόμενο εις τον ογκομετρικό τροφοδότη ξηρού υλικού.ω
