Abstract

μέθοδος εφαρμογής συγκολλήσεως ενός στρώματος φθοροάνθρακος επί μιάς μεταλλικής βάσεως επιλεγομένης εκ της ομάδος μετάλλων, η οποία συνίσταται εις σίδηρον, νικέλιον, κοβάλτιον και αργύλλιον και τα μίγματα τούτων, η οποία περιλαμβάνει : εφαρμογήν ενός στρώματος θερμού ψεκασμού, αργιλλίου, κράματος νικελίου και αργιλλίου, μολυβδενίου ή ενός υδριδίου τιτανίου, αφνίου, ζιρκονίου, νιοβίου ή τανταλίουεπί του ρηθέντος μεταλλικού στρώματος επένδυσιν της ψεκασθείσης επιφανείας δι ενός υδατικού διαλύματος μιάς ρητίνης φθοροάνθρακος θέρμανσιν ίνα ξηρανθεί η επενδεδυμένη επιφάνεια εις μίαν θερμοκρασίανμικροτέραν των 200 βαθμών F, θέρμανσιν της ξηρανθείσης επιφανείας εις μίαν θερμοκρασίαν από 400 βαθμούς έως 500 βαθμούς F και απότομον ψύξιν εντός ύδατος.
