Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μία διάταξη ελέγχου της στροφής περί κατακόρυφο άξονα για ένα αεροσκάφος (100) εφοδιασμένο με ένα υπερηχητικό ακροφύσιο (110) που έχει ορθογωνική ή επίπεδη διατομή το οποίο περιλαμβάνει έναν υπερηχητικό λαιμό (111) εκτεινόμενο δι' ενός αποκλίνοντος τμήματος (112) στο οποίο λαμβάνει χώρα υπερηχητική ροή (Esup). Προκειμένου να επιτραπεί ο έλεγχος της στροφής περί κατακόρυφοάξονα του αεροσκάφους εν απουσία κατακόρυφου πτερυγίου, η διάταξη της εφευρέσεως χρησιμοποίει επιφάνειες ελέγχου πίδακα καυσαερίων (120) υπό την μορφήαεροδυναμικών σωμάτων που τοποθετούνται στο αποκλίνον τμήμα (112) του ακροφυσίου. Οι επιφάνειες ελέγχου μπορούν να κινούνται περί αντίστοιχους άξονεςπεριστροφής (121) προκειμένου να παραχθεί μία πλευρική δύναμη όταν είναι σε εκτραπείσα θέση, έτσι ώστε να επιτραπεί στο αεροσκάφος (100) να στραφεί περι τον κατακόρυφό του άξονα (102) ("yaw axis").
