Abstract

Για αντισεισμική και αντιανεμική προστασία δομικών έργων. Αποτελείται από μία μαντεμένια βάση έδρασης (7) όπου φέρει σε μία οπή της μία βίδα (4) που περιβάλλεται από ένα κοχλία σπείρας (5) που έχει χερούλια (6). Μία βάση (2) όπου εδράζεται πάνω στη βίδα (4) και περιστρέφεται με ένα ρουλεμάν. Όλα τα διαπερνά ένα συρματόσχοινο (9) του οποίου το ένα άκρο πακτώνεται στη βάση (2) με βίδες (3). Το άλλο άκρο καταλήγει σε ένα στέλεχος (17) το οποίο φέρει περιμετρικά πτερύγια (10), (12), (13), (14) που ανοιγοκλείνουν γύρω από το στέλεχος (17) με τη βοήθεια μπαρών (11) που είναι αξονικά συνδεδεμένες με πύρους γύρω από το στέλεχος. Στο άλλο άκρο με πύρους στα πτερύγια. Πιέζει το δομικό έργο στο έδαφος με μία βίδα που συνδέεται σε ένα συρματόσχοινο κααυτό τραβάει ένα στέλεχος (17) με φτερά όπου ανοίγοντας στα πρανή μιας γεώτρησης πακτώνεται και έλκει το κτίριο προς το έδαφος μειώνοντας τις ροπές των δυνάμεων του σεισμού και του αέρα. Χρησιμοποιείται σε κτίρια με σκελετό, συνεχή δόμηση, ξυλόκτιστα σπίτια προβληματικά στις θύελλες, καλωδιακές γέφυρες, στα σαθρά πρανή εδαφών, κλπ.
