991,678. Air curtains. NORDISK VENTILATOR CO. A.S. March 18, 1963 [March 20, 1962], No. 10667/63. Heading F4V. An air curtain shielding a wall opening 5 is projected from a slit or slits 3 of fixed size in a channel 2 supplied with air by an axial flow fan 1 and having an opening remote from the curtain controlled by a pivoted damper 4 for regulating the amount of air passing through the slits 3. The damper 4 may be controlled manually or automatically in dependence on the pressure difference across the opening 5.
