A foldable canopy consists of a number of inverted U-section frames which are interconnected by a pivoted sliding link mechanism 18-27 is shown and is provided with rollers 16 and a flexible covering 30 of canvas or plastic coated fabric. The frame and link members may be made of aluminium or light alloys and may be of channel section and incorporate positioning hooks, see Fig. 3 (not shown).
