Abstract

975,273. Endless tracks for vehicles. W. RUF. July 10, 1961 [June 8, 1961], No. 24832/61. Addition to 896,300. Heading B7H. In a track-chain link as described in the parent Specification, there is provided a rib 5 within the metal body 1 of the link which engages a complementary groove in the rubber ground-engaging block 2, the block being further secured in place by a pin 7. The links are connected together by joint pins 8 upon which are mounted sprocket-engaging rollers 10 of hardened steel. Conical holes 12 are provided into which ice spurs may be fitted.
