Abstract
967,524. Spray-producers. PRVNI BRNENSKA STROJIRNA ZAVODY KLEMENTA GOTTWALDA NARODNI PODNIK. Sept. 5, 1962 [Sept. 7, 1961], No. 34082/62. Heading B2F. A spray nozzle has a single inlet tangential to a whirl chamber 5 and the ratio of the diameter of the entry aperture 2 to the diameter of the discharge orifice 3 is within the range 1À0-1À2 and the ratios of the working length 4 and of the inner diameter 8 of the whirl chamber to the diameter of the entry aperture 2 are within the range 2À0-2À5. The nozzle is intended particularly for injecting concentrated residual liquors from the manufacture of pulp into a recovery furnace and the above ratios are the result of experiment.
