Abstract
The invention relates to a gas turbine system in which combustible gas is produced from solid fuel and with wet dust removal as set forth in the parent Specification. According to that invention, a gas turbine plant uses working fluid derived from solid fuel, the working fluid being produced by first producing combustible gas from the solid fuel, the gas then being burned <PICT:0952814/C3/1> with air under pressure in a combustion chamber, the gas producer being supplied with a gasefying medium which is obtained by combustion of part of the produced gas with air under pressure in an auxiliary combustion chamber, the gas producer being operated at a relatively low temperature (about 100 DEG C.). In accordance with the present invention, the turbine working fluid is reheated at least once during its expansion by combustion of producer gas, there being utilized for the production of the producer gas part of the working fluid tapped from the preceding turbine stage and introduced into the gas producer. In the embodiment shown, air is compressed in two compressor stages K1 and K2 and introduced into the main combustion chamber SK1 together with gas from the producer G1, the resulting combustion products passing to the turbine T1 which drives the compressor K2, then after being reheated in the reheat combustion chamber SK2, to the second-stage turbine T2 which drives the compressor K1. The gas producer G1 operates as disclosed in the parent Specification, a portion of air from the compressor K2 being further compressed in the compressor TD1 and admitted into the auxiliary combustion chamber PSK together with producer gas delivered by the producer itself and compressed in the compressor TD2. The resulting combustion gases pass into the gas producer. The combustible gas from the producer is cleaned in a scrubber C1 and then passes into an accumulator S1 from which the main portion of the gas passes to the main combustion chamber SK1 and the remaining portion passes to the compressor TD2 and so to the auxiliary combustion chamber PSK. In the case of the gas producer G2, a portion of the exhaust gas from the first-stage turbine T1 is re-compressed in the compressor TD3 and then admitted into the producer, the resulting combustible gas being cleaned in the scrubber C2 and then passed into the reheat combustion chamber SK2.
