938,785. Holders for thermionic valves. PHILIPS ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd. April 21, 1960 [April 24, 1959], No. 14028/60. Class 38 (1). A disoharge tube holder arrangement includes a screening sleeve 17 with an insulating disc 5 at one end, strip-shaped metal contacts extending through the disc and projecting on the side of the disc within the sleeve to form bifurcated contacts 11 for the pins 13 of a discharge tube, and projecting on the other side of the disc to form soldering tongues 15, at least one of which is bent to project from the periphery of the disc and make contact with the sleeve. Indentations 21 in the sleeve serve to clamp the disc in place.
