933,562. Switch cases. WANDSWORTH ELECTRICAL MANUFACTURING CO. Ltd. Nov. 13, 1959 [Nov. 13, 1958], No. 36468/58. Class 38 (5). A wall box for the flush mounting of electric switches or like accessories, particularly in a hollow wall, has at least one rigid strap 7 mounted externally along at least one side and adjustable away from and towards the box by means such as screws 13 carried by the box. Rotation of the screws in one direction draws the strap towards the box which is then inserted within a slightly oversize opening cut in the wall panel 4, the screws 13 then being turned in the other direction to force the strap 7 into engagement with the panel edge, longitudinal ribs 8 on the edges of the strap 7 biting into the edges of the panel 4.
