Abstract
928,668. Stove casings. SCHWABISCHE HUTTENWERKE G.m.b.H. June 6, 1961 [May 12, 1961], No. 20314/61 Class 126. The casing of a liquid fuel stove is of substantially rectangular horizontal cross-section and comprises two identical half-shells having all their edges bent inwards through at least 90 degrees and meeting at each narrow side of the stove in a flush joint. The casing surrounds a fuel container 3, fuel regulator 5, burner chamber 2 and baffles 6 which thermally separate the fuel container and burner chamber, all these components being mounted on a base 1 to which is also fixed one half-shell 8 by means of a bracket 13. The other half-shell is detachable, being fitted with two pins which engage in recesses 11 in the vertical edges 9, 9<SP>1</SP> of shell 8. The upper edges of the shells carry flanges 16 which support a grid 17 through which heated air leaves the stove, and both the broad and narrow sides of the casing converge towards the top and bottom of the stove to approximately the same extent.
