A hand washbowl E is included in a watercloset by means of a stay H attached to the flush pipe G and supplied by a pipe A connected to the ball-valve housing. The pipe A coupled at C to a spout D is connected by a coupling B to the valve housing (in a flushing cistern) in place of the more usual blanking cap, so that when flushing, water from the housing flows along the pipe A to the bowl E mounted on a pipe F connected to the flush pipe G.
