Abstract
A ceramic dielectric consists of a sintered product of the oxides of barium, titanium, bismuth and zirconium in such proportions that the atomic ratio Ba: Ti is 1 : 1; that of (Ba + Ti) : (Bi + Zr) is from 49 : 1 to 4 : 1; and that of Bi : Zr is from 2 : 1 to 1 : 3. The oxides or their precursors are mixed, preheated at 1000 DEG -1200 DEG C, the product ground, moulded and finally sintered at 1200 DEG -1400 DEG C. Specification 574,577 is referred to.
