1327903 Ceramic dielectric N L INDUSTRIES Inc 20 Sept 1971 43681/71 Heading C1J A composition for ceramic dielectric bodies comprises a barium titanate, lead bismuth titanate (or oxide or oxide-forming compounds of titanium, lead and bismuth) and an additive including one or more of BaO.Nb 2 O 5 , BaO.Ta 2 O 5 , PbO.Nb 2 O 5 and PbO.Ta 2 O 5 in the proportions in mol. per cent: 93-96 BaTiO 3 , 2À5-4À75 PbBi 4 Ti 4 O 15 and 1-2À25 of the additive. The composition is sintered at 1080-1100‹C. for up to 2 hours.
