1419284 Dielectrics TDK ELECTRONICS CO Ltd 5 Dec 1973 56327/73 Heading C1J A ceramic dielectric of permittivity at least 900 at 1 kHz comprises, in weight per cent, SrO 7À1-49À9; Bi 2 O 3 0À7-28À8; TiO 2 32À3- 67-4; BaO 2À6-49À3 the TiO 2 amount being greater than the stoichiometric equivalent for Sr and Ba titanates. Less than 30% of Sr and Ba oxdes can be replaced by one or more oxides of Ca, Zn, Mg and Cd; or less than 50% of them replaced by PbO; and less than 30% of TiO 2 can be replaced by at least one oxide of Zr, Sn and Hf. Up to 0À5% of at least one of clays or oxides of Mn, Cr, Nb, Ta, Fe, Co, and R 1 E, e.g. La and Ce are optional.
