1455788 Dielectric compositions TDK ELECTRONICS CO Ltd 4 March 1974 [23 Oct 1973] 9617/74 Heading C1J A sintered ceramic dielectric composition consists of 30-94 mol per cent SrTiO 3 , 1-22 mol per cent Bi 2 O 3 , 5-69 mol per cent TiO 2 and 0À1-20 wt. per cent MgO based on the total weight of the SrTiO 3 , Bi 2 O 3 and TiO 2 . In a modification the composition further consists of not more than 10 wt. per cent of at least one oxide of the rare earth elements based on the total weight of the SrTiO 3 , Bi 2 O 3 , and TiO 2 . In another modification, the ceramic dielectric composition or the modification thereof further consists, based on the total weight of the SrTiO 3 , Bi 2 O 3 and TiO 2 , of not more than 0À5 wt. per cent of at least one compound selected from clay, silica, alumina and oxides of Mn, Cr, Fe or
