BaTiO 3 , 3-20 wt. per cent Pb 1-x La 2x ( 1-y ) Ti 1+ny-n , O 3-ny and 1-15 wt. per cent BaZrO 3 , wherein n and y lie in ranges 0À15 to 0À8 mole and 0À5 to 0À9 mole respectively. In addition up to 10% by wt. of at least one of the compounds Bi 2 O 3 , Bis(TiO 3 ) 3 , Bi 2 SnO 5 , Bi 2 (ZrO 3 ) 3 or SiO 2 may be included.
