1406806 Ceramics GENERAL ELECTRIC CO Ltd 2 Jan 1973 [4 Jan 1972] 250/72 Addition to 1268811 Heading C1J [Also in Division H1] A microwave device contains a dielectric material composed of a metazirconate/metatitanate composition of one or more of the oxides of Ca, Sr and Ba with Zr ŒTi (at least 80% ZrO 2 and not more than 20% TiO 2 ) together with 0À1-10 atom per mol. of one or more of the oxides of La, Ni and Zn and optionally Nb and/or Ta (0À1-3 atom per mol.) not more than 10% of BaTiO 3 being present.
