Abstract

In the process of making a ceramic body of high dielectric constant as in the parent Specification, the components contain at least the stoiciometric proportion of barium oxide. A barium titanate found deficient in barium oxide is supplemented with such oxide. Strontium titanate and calcium zirconate can also be present. Specification 664,370 also is referred to.
