[Also in Groups XIII and XXIX] In an instantaneous water heater, gas flowing to burner 13 is controlled by a valve 18 actuated by a thermal bellows 25 in response to the temperature of a feeler 10 situated in the water tube 11 heated by the burner, and also by a valve 19 actuated by diaphragm 35 responsive to the velocity head of water through Venturi 5. Specifications 747,567 and 783,128 are referred to.
