893,834. Valves. WOOD & PERKINS Ltd. Aug. 12, 1959 [May 22, 1958], No. 16402/58. Class 135. [Also in Group XVII] A tapered plug cock 9, Fig. 2, rotatable within a cock body 7, has a T-shaped passage 25, 26, Fig. 4, for connecting two outlets 15 and 16 in the cock body 7 to an inlet port 14 coupled to a tapered inlet shank 17. By suitably rotating the plug cock 9 one or both outlets 15 and 16 can be closed. The cock body 7 may have a cleaning hole extending through a portion 18, the cleaning hole being normally closed by a screw plug.
