921,912. Valves. LANCASTER & TONGE Ltd. May 26, 1960 [June 24, 1959], No. 21611/59. Class 135. A manually actuated valve has a casing B with a through bore into one end of which opens an inlet C and from the other end of which leads an oppositely directed outlet H. A cylindrical plug A rotatable in the bore has two grooves a<SP>1</SP>, a<SP>2</SP> that connect the inlet C to either of two ports D or F and the outlet H to either of two ports E or G. The ports F, D and G, E are diametrically opposed and the pair of ports D, E and F, G are connected to different apparatus or different parts of the same apparatus. Sealing rings J are provided, some of which may be obliquely disposed.
