Class 120(2) Drawing mechanism for textile fibres or rovings, in which the conduction of the fibres is effected by a bottom endless belt or apron 13, guided by a rod 16 situated within the front loop of the apron and by a top apron 12 guided by a guiding element 17 which acts from outside the loop of the apron 12, is characterized in that the element 17 is constituted by a relatively thin board or plate which acts by its lower edge on the apron 12. Preferably the board 17 is situated in a plane passing through the axis of the rod 16.
