890,975. Swaging machines. STEVENS & BULLIVANT Ltd. Oct. 24, 1960 [Oct. 29, 1959], No. 36695/59. Class 83 (4). In a rotary swaging machine having a rotatable flywheel driven on a stationary head f containing radially slidable hammer blocks a supporting dies b, the latter fit into inclined slots a<SP>3</SP> in the blocks to permit radial adjustment. The dies b carry keys c or lateral projections b<SP>3</SP>, Fig. 4 (not shown, fitting into inclined keyways a<SP>5</SP> in the sides of the slots a<SP>3</SP>. Endwise location of the dies is provided by shims d on a fixed pin e, e<SP>1</SP> and an adjustable plate g<SP>1</SP> carrying an entry nozzle g for the workpiece.
