Class 52(5) An assembly providing a laterally-projecting bracket detachably fixed to a girder 6 having fixing holes 7 comprises a bracket consisting of two members 8<SP>1</SP>, 8<SP>11</SP> connected together and each being provided with a hooked shaped end piece 9<SP>1</SP>, 9<SP>11</SP>, the end pieces 9<SP>1</SP>, 9<SP>11</SP> projecting through the same hole 7 in the girder and being bent over on one side of the girder in opposite directions, while a U-shaped securing member 11 holds the two members 8<SP>1</SP>, 8<SP>11</SP> together in a detachablemannerontheothersideofthegirder. As shown in Fig. 4 the members 8<SP>1</SP>, 8<SP>11</SP> are provided with guide surfaces 14<SP>1</SP>, 14<SP>11</SP> located obliquely to the front side 6<SP>1</SP> of the girder and the member 11 is equipped with wedges 15 which fit between the wall 6<SP>1</SP> of the girder and the guides 14<SP>1</SP>, 14<SP>11</SP>.
