A nasal filter comprises a cup 1, made from a flexible material and adapted for insertion in a nostril, the cup containing a filter plug 4. The cup is open at its outer end and has a number of orifices 3 through the wall at or near its inner end. If desired, two cups may be joined together by a bridge piece 2. The device may be made of polyethylene or a polyamide and may be roughened on either or both its inner and outer surfaces to assist retention in the nose and to grip the filter material.
