[Also in Group XXVIII] A device for damping pulsations in a fluid line comprises three chambers 22, 24, 25, inlet 17, outlet 20 and pipes 26, 27, 28 connecting the chambers as shown. The pipe inlets 5 have mouths of twice the pipe diameter and the outlets have a diffuser section opening to twice the pipe diameter. Suitable relative lengths arid diameters of the pipes are given.
