Abstract
856,000. Improvements in amplifier circuits. TESLA NARODNI PODNIK. April 8, 1958 No. 11047/58. Class 40(6). An earthed-grid, push-pull amplifier for u.h.f. has in its grid circuit a capacitor 3 which tunes out the effective inductance of the grid leads 2, 2<SP>1</SP>. The anode-cathode capacitances of the valves are neutralised by connecting each grid side of the capacitor 3 to the cathode of the other valve via capacitor 4, 4<SP>1</SP> which are large compared with the anode-cathode capacitances. By appropriately mis-tuning the capacitor 3, negative feedback can be applied to each valve via the grid-cathode capacitances.
