848,707. Combine harvesters. CLAAS, A., and CLAAS, F., [trading as CLAAS GEB.]. Nov. 12, 1956 [Nov. 11, 1955(2) ; July 28, 1956 ; Aug. 6, 1956], No. 34461/56. Class 6(3). [Also in Group XXXI] An agricultural tractor (Group XXXI) comprises a skeleton frame 1, 2, 9, 10, 31 to enable agricultural implements such as a combine harvester to be carried, the harvester being secured by its frame 20, at the entry to the thresher body 17, to cross beam 9 by bolts 21 and depending parts 24 being accommodated within the frame. The cutting mechanism 18, of approximately the same breadth as the front axle 11, and the elevator 22 extend in front of beam 9 and a rotary straw press 19 projects out over the rear axle 16. Fig. 5 and 6 (not shown), illustrate the mounting of the harvester on the tractor.
