753,607. Agricultural machines. MASCHINENFABRIK FAHR AKT.-GES. Jan. 21, 1954 [Feb. 4, 1953], No. 1800/54. Class 6 (3). An agricultural machine is provided with an arrangement for offset towing by a tractor, comprising two bars 9, 13 articulated on a supporting axle 4 of the machine, the bar 9 being attached to a tractor 1 and the bar 13 being extended rearwardly from the axle to form an attachment for a vehicle 26 and being selectively connected at its front end to two separated points 11, 12 on the bar 9. As shown applied to a field chaff cutter the pick-up device 7 is provided with a yoke 18 which is pivoted on the machine frame 6 and is supported by the bar 9. The yoke 18 is adjusted by a hand wheel 21 which controls a screw spindle 20 connected to an arm 23 of the yoke to angularly adjust the yoke 18 and raise or lower the pickup device.
