Abstract
831,282. Automatic pressure control systems. FABBRICA ITALIANA MAGNETI MARELLI S.p.a. Feb. 8, 1957 [June 28, 1956], No. 4369/57. Class 38 (4). The pressure in each of a number of tanks S 1 , S 2 ... is sensed by a diaphragm P 1 , P 2 ... operating to close contacts i<SP>1</SP> 1 , i<SP>11</SP> 1 ; i<SP>1</SP> 2 , i<SP>11</SP> 2 ... when a desired pressure is reached so that when all the tanks are at this pressure solenoid 2 is energized and relief valve 1 in the line 4 from a compressor opens. Withdrawal from any of the tanks causes closure of the relief valve so that the compressor restores the pressure; if the pressure falls sufficiently contacts, 5, 6 close and the appropriate low-pressure indicator lamp L 1' L 2 ... lights up. Non-return valves V 1 , V 2 are fitted to the tanks.
