Abstract

814,014. Packaging: closures. GENATOSAN Ltd. June 21, 1957 [July 3, 1956], No. 20528/56. Classes 94(1) and 125(3). A cylindrical packet of tablets 6 with an external wrapping 8 has at one end a closure means of rubber, polythene or like flexible material and comprising a collar 1 to which is hinged a cap 3 with lip 5 to form a finger grip. An inner wrapping 7 is slidable in wrapping 8 so that the closure can be opened and the contents pushed through the aperture. The closure may also be used with a packet having a solid cylinder enclosed in the wrapping, e.g. shaving sticks, cosmetics &c. In a modification a collar 10 has hinged thereto by a strap 12 a cap 11 having a groove 15 to engage a circumferential rib 13.
