A box comprises two parts each formed from a cardboard blank, the first being a body having four walls 2, 2a, 3, 3a bent up from a base 1, tongues 7 being cut out of the wall 2 and glued to the corresponding wall of the second part which forms a closure. To improve rigidity, the second part may have an embossed frame around its central panel 8, as well as parallel stamped ribs along one of its side walls.
