498,949. Boxes &c. SCHROTTER, R. Dec. 18, 1937, No. 35120. [Class 18] A liner for use in boxes &c. for supporting articles for display is made from a single sheet of cardboard &c. scored to provide distance pieces 3 and to define recesses 2, and the areas enclosed by the latter are slit to furnish tongues 7, 12 which are bent inwardly. In a large recess the tongues constitute vertical or inclined side walls and provide a fiat bottom. The liner and the bottom of the box may be covered with decorative material.
