810,231. Sealing anodized aluminium. ALUMINIUM LABORATORIES Ltd. July 11, 1957 [July 30, 1956], No. 23527/56. Class 41. Anodically oxidized coatings formed on aluminium or aluminium-base alloys are sealed by immersion in an aqueous bath containing an alkali metal and/or ammonium molybdate at pH 5.8 to 8 and a temperature above 90‹ C. The Provisional Specification refers also to a sealing treatment with an alkali metal tungstate solution at a temperature above 90‹ C.
