Class 89(1) [Also in Group XXXI] In a mounting- clamp for cycle-mudguards and like cyclefittings, of the kind including a clampscrew 7 mounted on a flange 5 on the fitting and a U-sectioned washer 9 co-operating with the screw to clamp a mounting-member such as a mudguard-stay. the flange 5 has a preformed aperture 17 and the screw 7 has a shoulder 15 adjacent its head to be inserted in the aperture 17 and to be deformed or expanded to fill and become a tight fit in the aperture. The shoulder 15 is of a depth slightly greater than the thickness of the flange 5.
