Abstract
738,083. Pistons. IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES, Ltd. July 6, 1953 [July 4, 1952], No. 16850/52. Class 122 (1). [Also in Groups XXVIII and XXIX] A flexible diaphragm 51 between the parts 41, 43 of a metal fuel tank is secured by its thickened edge 49 which is received in a recess in one of the parts. Packing pieces 52 prevent over-tightening of the clamping bolts securing the parts 41, 43, and a recess may be formed in both parts 41, 43 for the thickened edge of the diaphragm.
